Classy and bright studio entirely new in the vey heart of old St Germain des Prés close to restaurants, bars, cinemas, art galeries, museums, shops, etc
Fully equipped with an american kitchen - Double windows, heater, hot water, TV/Cable/Internet Wifi.
The studio can greet a third person with additionnal cost of 60 euros per night.
Degressive rates for long stays.

My husband and I spent nine nights in Paris in this Classy and completely new Studio. Eric was wonderful, the communication was great from the beginning, and when we arrived to the apartment he helped us with the luggage and then showed us every single detail of the studio. We just loved the place! it had everything that we needed, tasty decoration and a very comfortable bed. The location/area is perfect, close to two metro stations, and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. We can't wait to return to Paris and stay at this place in which we felt "at home"..

From the time of booking to our arrival, Eric (the owner) was in contact with us. Celebrating our anniversary and first time visit to Paris, he gracioulsy let us use this newly renovated apartement in the heart of Paris. It is spacious, modern, very nicely decorated, has a very comfortable bed and couch. They thought of everything - from the washing/drying machine to hair dryer, ironing board, lots of nice linen and towels etc. The location is excellent, in walking distance to the Louvre, D'Orsay, Jardin de Luxembourg. Metro (Mabillion)just around the corner, Restaurents, Boutiques, Grocery Store, a very interesting trendy area.The building itself has that old parisiene charm, it is on the fourth floor, so you have to climb 66 stairs. But we did it and we are not the youngest anymore and a bit of exercise does not harm anybody.
We would go there anytime again and will tell our friends about it. Eric, to you a big thank-you, we enjoyed Paris and the stay in your apartement immensely.
