Welcome to our charming studio near Montparnasse train station!

The layout is the following:

Large dining, living and sleeping area, separate bathroom and WC, separate kitchen.

The studio is ideal for 1 or 2 guests but may hold up to 3 guests for short stays. It is located on the third floor (no elevator).

Double glazing and special sound insulation make it a quiet and enjoyable place to relax after a busy day. The floor covering is beautiful massive wood, unique in its style and rare in Paris.

The main sofa bed is very comfortable and has been purchased for that same reason. You will sleep marvelously. The same is valid for the other 1 person sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully furnished and provides all the utensils you may need to prepare light meals. Internet access is provided, as well as TV. Guests also benefit from the presence of a clothes washer.

The neighborhood provides a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets selling all the fresh food and bread you would want.

Access by public transportation is very easy, with a metro stop called Gaité less than 1 minute walk away.

Else, I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions.

  I stayed one week for a French class at alliance Francaise which is only a 10 minute walk away. Finding something simple, reasonable priced close to the school was my main goal. This apartment seemed very cozy and was also "in a nice neighborhood" so I, being female, did not have to be afraid about coming home alone after dark.
  The contact person was very nice, very helpful and was also available during my stay when I had a question about the apartment. Him speaking not only French, but also fluent English and German helped a lot.
  The apartment itself was comfortably furnished, had everything I needed and was really a nice place for one person. The kitchen and the bathroom were very small so two people staying here together should be close friends/partners. WiFi was always available. I only had to get used to the gas stove. I had never used one before, but I managed to cook meals without burning down the house.
  The area around the place was nice, offered many cafés and restaurants, grocery shops, a bakery and a pharmacy without being too busy all the time. I will sure consider it for my next stay!
