Washington DCNice little flat, but could be cleaner

The flat is relatively spacious, good looking, quiet, nad comfortable. The manager who looks after it was very helpful. The price is fair for a Paris rental, and the location is very nice. But the place was not well cleaned, and especially the state of the kitchen left something to be desired. besides cleaning, the kitchen could do with an update and more complete set of plates etc.
