Located just a block away from Place de la Madeleine, this spacious 6th floor apartment is modern, airy, and fully equipped for a Parisian getaway. The building has an elevator and the interior was recently refurbished with new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and modern décor.

The American-style kitchen is to the left of the entrance; on the right is the open living room and dining area.

The two bedrooms have direct access to a large bathroom, which contains a bath/shower, sink and toilet. A separate half bathroom is located off the entry.

Both bedrooms contain king-sized beds, though in one bedroom there is the possibility to se...parate the bed into two twins. There is also a large, fold-out sofa bed in the den. Linens and a set of towel per guest are included in the rent.

The neighborhood surrounding Place de la Madeleine and Place de la Concorde is renowned for its luxury shopping and fine delicatessens: Ladurée, Fauchon, Hermès and Chanel are just a few examples of the brands that have established the district as one of the most chic in Paris. It's a foodie and fashion paradise!

The apartment is easily accessible by metro and very close to all major Parisian attractions, particularly the Grand Palais, Place Vendome, the Tuileries and the Louvre.

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are below the apartment, 20 meters away.

There is a taxi stop in the Place de la Madeleine, just near the apartment.

The Air France shuttle is at Porte Maillot or Invalides and goes directly to the airports.

The RER A train will take you straight to Eurodisney Paris.

Private street parking is located 150 meters away from the apartment.

Prices vary between 2100€ and 2900€/ week depending on season and duration of stay.

The rent includes: long distance international phone calls (free on landlines), wireless internet, hot water and electricity 24/7, cable TV (including international channels), household linens/towels, soap/shampoo and starter sets of household items like paper toils, toilet paper, and dish soap.

50€ cash fee for after-hour check-ins (after 7pm/before10am, plus all day Sunday and on French holidays)

Baby cot rental possible for 50€ per week.

Additional cleaning: 25€/hour
Additional linen changes: 25€/bed

Mid-stay cleaning included for 10 nights or more.
Daily cleaning optional.
