Welcome to our spacious apartment near the Montparnasse train station!

This apartment holds one very large dining/sitting room, one large kitchen, two separate bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a modern fully equipped kitchen and one large bedroom, one smaller bedroom (total 2 bedrooms) as well as one balcony with a panoramic view. You will be able to see clearly the Eiffel tower as well as the Montparnasse tower.

It is located on the sixth floor with elevator and has been completely refurbished and refurnished at the end of 2011. It is in absolutely mint condition! The decoration is tasteful and relatively neutral. It is very bright because it has many large full bay windows giving it a very comfortable feel. Of course the flat is equipped with all modern amenities like TV, internet, dishwasher, clothes washer, oven, microwave etc. In summer you will enjoy sitting on the balcony and looking down at beautiful Paris.

One of the plusses is the car park which is available in this rental and extremely rare in Paris. It is located in the same building and accessible via the main elevator.

The location is extremely convenient: You are five minutes walk away from Montparnasse train stations (trains to the south west and west of France). The Gaité area one block away is a lively nightspot with theatres, cinemas, hip bars and restaurants allowing you to enjoy your Paris stay fully.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome! I am online on my PC and phone most of the day.

There were plenty of choices for dining close by, the Carrefour market is only a few blocks away, as well as major landmarks like the Louvre and Notre Dame are an easy walk.   Erik's service is really outstanding. He is quick to respond, answer questions, and provide for all of your needs. Working with anyone else to rent a flat would be a value loss.
  If you are worried Erik might not be legitimate, check out his LinkedIn profile. He went to Imperial College (ranked #2 in the UK between Cambridge and Oxford), and his degree is in aero-space engineering. My husband graduated in chemical engineering from the same university just after Erik. I hope this alleviates your anxieties about renting a flat from a stranger. He's good people.
  We stayed in the flat in Paris and it was amazing. It is very spacious, and I was staying with three other mid-twenties ladies and my five year old son. Everything is updated, clean, and modern. It smells great, looks great, clean, spacious, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of amenities nearby, very close grocery store, mall, hotels and taxies everywhere. It was easy to find, easy to get in, elevator works well, and the place is just beautiful. The views from the lovely balcony are outstanding. Staying anywhere else in Paris is silly. Value for the price was tremendous (and if you have ever stayed at a hotel in Paris you will understand). Plenty of space - tons of space. You will love it; we intend to stay again.
  I am a platinum member at the Hyatt and can get rooms on points in Paris, but I still choose to stay at this flat. Space is better, view is better, kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. Why bother with the Hyatt?

  We had a lovely few days in the apartment. It is close to the metro and therefore we were able to get to wherever we wanted easily. The owner Erik was great, he answered all my queries and arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of room for me and my 2 sisters.
