We had a great experience with Feels Like Home in Paris. The Elegant Condorcet apartment was exactly as advertised, and was a great layout, size and location for us, located in the heart of Montmartre. Well located to the Metro, which we used often. We particularly enjoyed the listings of the local services, especially the boulangerie, cheese monger and wine shop. We also took advantage of the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on, and really enjoyed La Famille, which we particularly recommend. Our only regret is that we did not go to more of the neighborhood restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet street, has a large kitchen with a washer and dryer (which we used, and made our trip much easier), and nice bedrooms. We also took advantage of the recommended chauffer service, Gregory Olschanezky, which was great in getting to and from CDG. Check in and out was easy, and the folks at Feels Like Home accommodated our early arrival. We will definitely us e Feels Like Home in Paris again.

Cincinnati, OHGreat Experience in Paris
Left on 01/13/2013 for a stay in November 2012
My family and I stayed at the Elegant Condorcet during our stay in Paris. This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was very spacious, had more than enough room to move around and be comfortable, it was clean and it was in a great location. The kitchen came in handy when we wanted to prepare a few meals at home. The washer and dryer was a great addition - it kept us from packing so many clothes during our stay. They also had Dvds in the apartment for us to watch when we didn't want to watch French TV. All of the extras that this apartment provided put it well above any other agencies that I was considering for our Paris trip.
I did a lot of homework/research for our Paris trip, it "Feels Like Home in Paris" just kept coming to the top as the front runner. They had immaculate reviews on all of the websites for both their properties and their services, so it was a no-brainer to use them as well. And I am so glad that I did. Their customer service was great and the pictures on the website are a true representation of what you will get.
Working with Yetunde and James was a delight. They made everything so easy and they were available at any time to answer questions. They helped to take the worry out of our trip, especially since this was our first trip out of the country.
I will definitely use "Feels Like Home In Paris" again and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!!!Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 01/14/2013

We couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay. The Elegant Condorcet apartment was recommended to us by friends and we certainly would recommend it to others. It is central to all the sights, is in a lovely residential neighbourhood and has a lot of little extras that made our stay easier. Comfy decor, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi and phone calls home, a friendly personal welcome and apartment tour by James and a hamper filled with lots of goodies. Exceptional and prompt responses to booking enquiries by Yetunde made making arrangements a breeze.

Federal Way, WABeautiful, comfortable apt
Left on 03/09/2012 for a stay in February 2012
Yetunde at Feels Like Home in Paris, made the reservation process very easy & convenient. Plus, she helped me choose the site that worked best for our family visit to Paris.
The apt is beautiful and well accommodated. It came complete with a bottle of wine & candies for us to share in our 1st night celebration in Paris. Along with the other "goodies", we had fun settling in.
I took an early walk to a corner bakery (1-1/2 blocks away) and bought some wonderful, fresh baked bread. We had planned to get quiche the next day, but ran out of time. It was nice to have that and a grocery store close by for essentials.
I think the only thing I would have liked to have available would have been a few extra towels and some toiletries, shampoo would have been a nice addition. Fortunately, we had some along, and were able to stretch it with our group.
If you like a lot of space, a beautiful apartment in a quaint building (we loved the hallway & stairs!), along with amenities like washer & dryer, full size fridge, stove & luxury shower, Feels Like Home in Paris will be a perfect fit for you.
Enjoy!Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 03/10/2012

So happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We do try to put in as many extras as we can but we can't provide everything. This is a self-catered apartment so it could never possibly have everything. Two towels are provided per person (one large and one small). Normally this is sufficient and with the addition of a washer and a dryer people sometimes choose to wash their towels if they need frequent changes. We try to be environmental as well with this aspect.
We would love to be part of your return trip to Paris should you decide to make another one. -

Left on 12/27/2011 for a stay in June 2011
I stayed here for a month with my 11 and 14 year old daughters, and my wife. We all had lived nearby in the 9th arr. from 2000-2003, and this really felt suitable as a Paris apartment in a great location -- easy to reach metro stations and bus stops, walk to Gare du Nord, walk to Montmartre, and a few blocks from rue des Martyrs, a marvelous market street.
There was great natural light, and though the 2nd bedroom is small, it was quite adequate. The kitchen was a great size and had all the appliances we needed (though not a dish washer), and the washer/dryer was a big plus. The bathroom is bigger than one we have at home, and the neighborhood was superb!
The service was excellent from the first contact -- personal, warm, and thorough. No detail, however small, was overlooked (including great neighborhood recommendations), and Feels Like Home even helped us with an emergency Federal Express delivery from the states.
Big thumbs up!Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 02/19/2012

A friend and I stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and were met by Yetundi on our arrival whose information regarding the apartment and surrounding area was invaluable. BrisbaneGreat family apartment in beautiful area!!
Left on 01/16/2011 for a stay in December 2010
We absolutely loved our Paris apartment for the seven nights we were there. It was the first stop on our Europe family vacation and made it hard for other accomodations to compete. It had everything we needed, a big living/dining area with cable TV, comfortable, warm bedrooms and a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The complimentary wifi internet access made searching for ice skating open times, weather conditions etc. very easy!!!
We arrived at the apartment at about 10pm, after phoning Elinor from the airport, she was there to meet us. She was very patient, went through everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us a folder with all the local and recommended information about the area... including bus routes, which was very handy! As we arrived quite late, the basket of goodies, including biccies and wine was very appreciated too.
The immediate area was lovely, we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. All the necessary shops were within 5 mins walking distance, the bakery, cheese shop, wines, supermarket, and there were many cafes and interesting shops to browse and take in the Paris vibe... loved it, loved it!!
We walked to the 'Galeries Lafayette' and 'Printemp' department stores a couple of times, it was about a 20 minute walk. Our two boys 9 and 7 walked the distance easily without complaint. However, after a few days in Paris, we got accustomed to the metro. We purchased our ten pack of prepaid tickets and eagerly took the metro anywhere we wanted to go.
Thanks again for helping to make our Paris trip amazing! I will definitely stay with 'Feels like home in Paris' on our next trip!Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 01/21/2011

We were very happy with the excellent communication from Yetunde at Feels Like Home in Paris - when we booked the apartment, and then when we arrived she was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment is brilliant and everything we hoped it would be. We really did feel at home The location was very close to the metro and also close to Gare du Nord. We also love to walk and walked from the apartment to all the major attractions - the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Effiel Tower, the Louvre and many other places. The only negative thing I could say is that the front bedroom (on the street) can be a little noisy. We also used one of the car services recommended on the Flhp website to take us to the airport and they were very reliable and arrived right on time. If we make it back to Paris one day, would be happy to stay in the apartment again!

We had a great stay in Paris. It was very different to a hotel experience, we felt like we were able to live as locals do. The apartment was in a great location and spacious. Being able to do our washing and have a meal at the apartment was great and the few extra's offered such as the basket of goodies to get us started were very much appreciated.Yetunde was full of local knowledge and very thorough in her explanation. We didn't need to ask many questions becuase she covered everything so well. We didn't need to remember it all as it was all written in a folder for easy reference.

Yetunde's warm welcome on arrival was very much appreciated and set the mood for a lovely stay in Paris. The apartment was beautiful, warm, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location for getting around Paris and everything we could possibly need to know was contained in an information booklet in the apartment. The welcome basket of goodies was both thoughtful and a lovely surprise and as a travelling family it was great to have a washer & dryer to do our laundry. I would absolutely recommend the apartment to anyone visting Paris - a great alternative to a cramped hotel room! Thank you Yetunde and Feels Like Home In Paris.

My 3 grown children and I stayed at the Elegant Condorcet for a week. We were pleasantly surprised with this fully-outfitted spacious apartment in the middle of Paris.
We all felt that the apartment had so many more conveniences than a hotel - like free internet and long distance calls to North America, washer & dryer, cooking facilities and space!
We enjoyed the nice oversized shower too.
I would rent an apartment from FLHP again anytime - Yetunde was very accommodating and attentive. -

Albury, NSW AustraliaOur Paris Experience
Left on 04/20/2010 for a stay in September 2008
The apartment was attractive, modern, clean and very comfortable. While it was located on a relatively(for Paris) busy road, it was well soundproofed. The bedroom looked over the central courtyard of the building which comprised mainly residential units and was very quiet. The living room, kitchen and bathroom were quite large and spacious with everything provided, "just like home". The apartment block was located in a largely residential area and within about five minutes walking distance to three railway stations. It was about a five minute train ride into the centre of Paris and was walking distance to the tourist centre of Montmartre. The location enbled us to "live like the locals" with everything almost at our front door, such as the local pub, patisserie, butcher, delicatessen, fruit & veg shops and smaller family run restaurants.
We were initially concerned that full payment was required well in advance of our trip to Paris, but to our relief everything was OK. We made the mistake of driving into Paris on a Friday afternoon in peak hour traffic: got lost (several times); had a problem with our 'phone; could not find a parking spot in the area where Yetunde lived which she had nominated for us to pick up the keys because we were running late; had to drive around what felt like about 100 times to find a parking spot and subsequently got lost (again!); and in this confusion and panic because we were so late, we ended up waiting outside the wrong apartment unsuccessfully using the apartment 'phone to contact Yetunde. When we realised our mistake, we eventually met up with her. Understandably, she appeared resentful but gave us the necessary information to get us to the apartment. The only shining light until then during our nightmare introduction to Paris, was when we decided to stop at a pub where the publican was very helpful and "shouted" us a beer each to calm us down. For the next week, we thoroughly enjoyed Paris and felt the apartment was like home. -

We stayed in the apartment before the second bedroom was added, and with only our son at the time it was perfect. It has all the conveniences (washer, dryer, kitchen, computer) you will need during your stay.
The patisserie on the far side of Rue Turgot was perfect for breakfast, and a handy stop on the way back from the supermarche! (quick tip; the Monoprix on Rue de Maubeuge stays open later at night) And our son was delighted with the playground up at Place d'Anvers, which also hosts an excellent market.
There is no problem making your way around on the Metro, but we prefered taking the many buses (much easier with a pushchair) or the Paris OpenTour, which stops at Place d'Anvers.
Yetunde made sure we were well settled, and explpained where all the ammenities were around the area.
We would definitely return now that there's a second bedroom to accomodate both children. -

It was also very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with great boulangeries and the best fromagerie right around the corner! This was a great apartment in so many ways, beautifully furnished and equiped and very centrally located. Great local stores & cafe nearby. But the one major downfall was the noise.
Being on the first floor, the street traffic was very noisy which meant if the windows were open, it was too noisy to sleep well. -

Elegant Condorcet just suit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything that we need is provided in this apartment. There is a lift in the apartment which is important for my elderly parents.
Yetunde arranged for us to be able to settle in the aparment early. I really appreciate her understanding on this matter as our plane was scheduled to land in Paris very early in the morning and with luggages and elderly parents, we have no where else to go but head straight to the apartment.
The apartment was just great and very comfortable.
Though it is not that near to the metro station, the walk was ok.
As we are in Paris for business, we can leave our parents to go around the vicinity themselves.
The apartment is just opposite a mini market, a bigger supermarket was just few streets away and a chinese restaurant is just around the corner.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
After tiring day of work, we could just laze around in the house.
Yetunde did a good job in choosing wonderful apartments. Elegant Condorcet is one of our many favourite homes in Paris.

We really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. It is very attractive and stylish. All the furniture, beds, sofa-beds are good quality and very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent, modern and well equipped. Some lovely touches, like tea, coffee, biscuits, and wine were very welcome on arrival. Joseph was there when we arrived and was very helpful with instructions for equipment, and internet access.
Only downside was the heat of August, but the large fans provided, worked very well.
Would highly reccommend the apartment, for 4-6 people as it provides lots of freedom. The local boulangeries, patisseries, and food markets were good, and there are many good bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Gare de Nord is also walkable if you are travelling on EuroStar.
We much preferred this option to staying in affordable hotels in Paris, we found the quality much better

The apartment itself was lovely - spacious, perfectly clean, so comfortable for three people and so very convenient . You could walk all around Montmatre in an afternoon. Galleries Lafayette is two train stops away and Gare du Nord five minutes walk. Staying at the elegant Condorcet apartment made a wonderful trip to Paris perfect.

My family - my husband, our 12 year old daughter and I stayed in the Elegant Condorcet apartment for 10 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and in a great location. We had all the cooking equipment we needed and found that having a washing machine and drying rack made life easy! The starter pack with wine, biscuits, tea, coffee etc was a nioce gesture. Noise wasn't an issue, either from the street or others in the building. We found fabulous boulangeries, fromageries, fruit shops, a supermarket and cafes in easy walking distance. While Anvers is the closest metro stop, we used the Gare du Nord as our main stop because it offers several lines and we enjoyed our walk to and from the station. Having a pc and internet access was really useful for planning our activities and keeping in touch with friends. The guidebooks and folders in the apartment were very helpful too. The one complaint was that a previous occupant had removed the pages relating to the Louvre from the guide book. Yetunde and Joseph provided great service with respect to bookings, answering questions and arranging the refund - everything was completed simply and easily. And we recommed the Elysee car service too - I left my mobile phone in the car on the way from the airport to the apartment and 2 hours later it was returned to me at no charge! We would highly recommend this apartment to other families.

Perth, Australia40th birthday in Paris? Perfect...
Left on 09/30/2009 for a stay in October 2008
My husband and I stayed at the gorgeous Elegant Condorcet (at that time - 1 bedroom) with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The sofa beds in the lounge room folded out - so there was in fact enough room for 6 people. The apartment was beautifully located in a residential area and close to Pigalle and Montmartre - which is the area we love to spend time in while in Paris. We always prefer to stay in an apartment to get more room, a separate bedroom, kitchen etc and Yetunde has setup the apartment beautifully. The folder provided for "things to do, whats around here etc" was the most comprehensive we have ever received and we travel alot. Free cable tv, internet and international calls to Australia definitely was a massive bonus and I would recommend not only the apartment, but also "Feels like home in Paris" to anyone considering renting one of their apartments - they are truly professional in their conduct, their photo's are accurate on the website and they are a pleasure to deal with.
