This beautiful and peaceful chic 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment (95 square meters - 1023 square foot) is fully renovated and decorated with great care and taste. There are high ceilings, elegant colors, magnificent antique furniture and modern equipment. The apartment is located in one of the most extraordinary sites in Paris: Place des Invalides. An amazing location in a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood within 10 minutes from the famous rue Cler market street and 15 minutes from the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. This apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a family wishing to experience the truly elegant and authentic Paris life.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the prestigious Champs Elysees, and an equal 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the lovely rue Cler pedestrian market street, the Bon Marche department store and the heart of St Germain des Pres, a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood.

As the apartment is equipped for cooking, you can explore the incredible markets and delicatessen shops nearby but also treat yourself to French cuisine with a large selection of restaurants, from the very fancy Arpege (chef Alain Passar) just on the corner to the typical little bistrot Cafe du Marche on rue Cler!

The Invalides rental flat sleeps 4 comfortably and there is additional space for 2 children on the sofas in the living room.

The first bathroom has a large bathtub with an American shower and the 2nd bathroom with ancient sand color stone has a very large American shower. We supply fluffy towels, liquid soap and hair dryers in each bathroom.

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
