Superb studio apartment accommodation in Paris with view of the Eiffel Tower, entirely renovated and refurbished, located on the 4th floor of a building (with elevator) adjacent to the Champs de Mars, in the chic and elegant 7th district.

Furnished with made-to-measure furnishings and exquisite attention to detail and Italian design, this 30m2 studio apartment presents an elegant atmosphere, in which the use and optimization of space offers the luxury of having a real “living room” by day and “bedroom” by night.

The apartment rotates around onemain room, accessed through a foyer, characterized by two large windows, a wide... built-in designer closet, and a charming Parisian fire place. To one end of the room is the built-inkitchen corner, with light wooden cabinets and fully equipped with all necessities including a microwave oven and dishwasher, and complete with a large mirror to maximize light and space, whilst to the other side is thesitting area, complete with a table for 4 and a large 2m black leather couch (used as asingle bedfor a third guest if needed – only for children up to 12 years of age), facing the lovely fireplace and TV corner. The left hand side of the room boasts two large windows, which brighten up the entire house as well as providing a unique picture frame to the gorgeous Haussmann buildings in front and to the Eiffel Tower, which proudly rises behind them, whilst the right hand side of the room is furnished with a large designer closet, made to measure and made to hide and store the pull-downdouble bed(160cm wide) which ingeniously comes out at night, and the perfect storage for personal belongings.

The apartment is located in the7th arrondissement, in a chic neighbourhood, close to theEiffel Tower, to theTrocaderoand to various museums, shops and restaurants.
The area is located in the vicinity of the Champs de Mars, whose name derives from the Roman “Campo Marzio” (hence from Mars, the Roman God of War). The garden was realized by order of Louis XV, who decided to a field right there for military maneuvers. Between 1908 and 1920 it was turned into a garden. The garden is about 1 Km long and about 220 metres wide. It is divided into flowerbeds where there are arches, cascades, a pond and large promenades.
For golf lovers the Golf du Paris Country Club is at 6,9Km from the house.

  Our stay I the apartment was amazing and Guiseppe our rep was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was great just a few hundred metres from the Eiffel Tower and with a great view from our apartment windows. The Metro station is just down the road and the hop on hop off bus stop is right near the Eiffel Tower too which was very handy. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the pull down bed was very comfortable. Thanks for Letting us stay in the apartment and we would certainly use this company again for holiday accommodation.

  Ho affittato l'appartamento dal 10 al 19 settembre 2012. L'appartamento rispecchia le fotografie presenti nel sito di Halldis, anche se è un po' più piccolo di quello che sembra, ma la vista sulla torre Eiffel è veramente molto suggestiva. Sono a disposizione tutte le attrezzatura necessarie anche per un soggiorno medio-lungo. Inoltre è disponibile una connessione internet wi-fi e la possibilità di utilizzare il telefono dell'appartamento per le chiamate ai numeri fissi di tutta Europa. La posizione dell'appartamento lo rende molto comodo per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici: la fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa e la stazione del metro Ecole Militare è raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso con numerosi negozi di generi alimentari e tre supermercati; poco distante anche dal mercato di Rue Cler.

  Nos quedamos con mi mamá en este departamento un poco mas de una semana. Si bien es un poco más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos es totalmente recomendable. La zona es muy linda y segura. Está a pasos de la torre, hay muchos supermercados y tiendas cerca. El departamento estaba muy limpio y la persona que nos recibió (Alessandro) muy amable. Unas de las mejores cosas, la vista de la torre eiffel desde la ventana, hermoso! Definitivamente volvería al mismo lugar!

  the bathroom shower excellent1 hand and rainforest shower
  the kitchen very fully stocked even some provisions!!
  the free internet excellent english tv channels
  the wall bed really easy to use really comfortable
  the area superb close to all amenites we walked everywhere
  we sat at our window with a wonderful view of eiffel for breakfast!!
  when windows closed no road noise.
  bit hot with the unusual heat in Parishad to have windows open sometimes

  There is nothing like having your own apartment in Paris

  We had a wonderful week in Paris and having the apartment was the icing on the cake. The apartment was very well located in a lovely area of Paris. Public transport was close by - buses and trains. Walking was possible to many parts of Paris. The area was also well served with restaurants, shops and the lovely Rue Cler markets. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean and has many thoughtful extras e.g. wifi and a telephone for free o/seas calls. There is probably only one thing you would have to consider when renting this apartment - as it is located on a busy street it would be very noisy to have the windows open at night. The weather was unusually cool for June - we slept with the windows (double glazed) shut and we were not bothered at all by noise. Im quite fussy about having a window open at night but as the apartment had high ceilings it seemed to have plenty of air. The bathroom window can be left open as well. Marco our contact was charming, very helpful and on time. Our only negative was that a week wasnt long enough!

  The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The best is its location which is steps from Eiffel Tower and very convenient to travel around. It is clean and service from the Paris Team is very good. Had a very good experience there!

  La Tour Eiffel, magnifique!

  This is a very nice studio on the 4th floor of a small building two blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Has elevator - tiny, but gets the job done. Neighborhood has everything, but the best thing is proximity to the tower. Its elegance and iconic charm surprised us, and we scampered over to the Champs de Mars every night to sit on a bench and gaze up at her. The agents who met us were kind, efficient, and accomodating. A slight quibble is the size of the apartment. The photos on the website make it look spacious, when in fact it's quite small. We're not large humans, however, and it was fine for us. We're already planning a return trip.

  The location and view was excellent. The cleanliness of the unit was somewhat lacking. The bathroom really wasn't clean with the shower almost dirty. There were bread crumbs behind and around the bin( not ours) which showed that it hadn't been cleaned properly. Giving flight details and estimated arrival time and phoning as soon as you arrive at the airport in Paris obviously doesn't mean a thing either ...
