Home to Paris' most iconic landmark, the Eiffel Tower, the 7th arrondissement on the rive gauche (left bank) of the Seine is also one of the city's prime residential areas. A little like the Upper East Side or London's Westminster, the area features the French National Assembly and a number of other government departments so has long been a favoured residential district. The 7th arrondissement houses the Musée d'Orsay, Musée Rodin and a number of wonderful parks – the Champs de Mars and Esplanade des Invalides. The 7th has an upmarket, quiet vibe where you can escape from noisier touristy areas and feel like a true Parisian.

This beautiful French modern apartment has given us one of the most amazing experiences of our live. From the comfort and utilities to the amazing balcony view of The Eiffel Tower, everything was perfect! The welcoming staff helped us find the best markets (Rue Cler) and restaurants. We loved the bakery downstairs as we had freshly baked croissants every morning! Thank you for everything and we are so sad that we had to leave!

The Seventh has always been my favorite and having the chance to stay in such a nice apartment has made our last experience one that we will never forget! The balcony is amazing and the view of the Eiffel Tower is simply breathtaking! You can almost touch it!!! The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable! We loved the espresso machine as we had coffee each morning on the balcony and planning out our day! We really want to come back soon!

The service was excellent, they took care of our luggage, and explained the "workings" of the appartment. It was a very luxurious place, loved the view of the Eiffel tower, the location was wonderful, many shops close by.
There was nothing that I didn't like about it !!! -

The apartment, our contact and the entire rental experience was wonderful. The neighborhood and views of the Eiffel Tower were outstanding. The one major negative we had was that there was no air-conditioning, even though it was advertised as having air-conditioning. We were there when the tempertatures reached 100F for a couple of days. Sleeping was an issue, even with the fans. Had the apartment not been advertised as having air-conditioning, this would not have been a problem. Please update all internet websites to ensure that change is made. If it were not for this issue, we would have rated this a 5* property.

My two teenage children and myself stayed at this wonderful apartment on ave Rapp in mid February 2012. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our first time to Paris. Janet met up outside the apartment upon arrival and gave us a tour before we settled in(thank you so much!).
My children each took one of the comfortably sized bedrooms; I could not leave the view of the Eiffel Tower so I slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Great to have two bathrooms! Other than that stunning view, my favourite thing about the apartment was the kitchen; we ate what and when we wanted. And there was more than enough choice for shopping in this quiet neighbourhood (loved the Rue Cler market, I walked there each morning to pick up food for supper before the kids woke up. Great alone time!). There is a great little bakery right across the street as well...and a flower shop...and cafes...and a fantastic museum just around the corner!
I believe that staying in an apartment for this visit to Paris is what helped to make it such a special time! After we walked around Paris each day, it felt like we were going home. Great feeling.

Great Neighborhood with a Fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower

Our family of six loved this fantastic apartment. It was immaculate and within just a few blocks of the Eiffel Tower, the quaint Rue Cler, a fabulous bakery, and a supermarche in the 7th arrondisement. You can easily cook meals in the kitchen and enjoy eating on the wraparound balcony overlooking avenue Rapp and the Eiffel Tower.
