Studio for 3, 2 single beds + single mattress, separated bathroom, full kitchen
Our studio is ideally located in St-Germain des Près near the Seine river in the heart of Paris. Nearby you will find the Hotel Lutetia, the Bon Marché department store. Located on the lower level of an 18th century building (down one staircase - no elevator), our apartment was fully renovated in early 2009 (full bathroom + full kitchen)
Metro stations: Sèvres-Babylonne, rue du Bac.

The Saint-Germain Studio enjoys an unbeatable location in Paris: St-Germain-des-Prés
This one-time suburb [faubourg] of Paris is located on the Left Bank, across the Seine from the
Tuileries. It runs along the southern shore of the Seine, in the 7th and 6th arrondissements, and
consists of the area east of boulevard St-Michel as far as to include the Musée d’Orsay. It
stretches some 4 to 5 blocks to the south, including boulevard St-Germain and several blocks to
its south.
It is bordered on the north by the Seine, to the east by the Invalides & the Tour Eiffel Quarter,
to the south by the Luxembourg Quarter and to the west by the Latin Quarter. The intellectual
center of gravity, of this quartier of bistros, bookshops, coffee-houses, galleries, nightclubs and

This studio is really different from what we rented in the past. It's located in an historic building. This is a cellar nicely renovated and very comfortable. Extremely quiet and dry, we slept very well !!
The location is very centrical which is great for tourism.
The renting procedure was easy. No problem at all. We will recommend this studio. -

We loved this place. We worried a little bit about renting a cellar! but it was cozy, well equipped (with full kitchen, internet etc), very comfortable and enjoys a great location in the heart of historical Paris. Everything is within walking distance... We got the keys from a lockbox and find the place without any trouble.
The reservation process was easy and they refunded the deposit within days.
Well, we loved it...!
