This beautifully restored one bedroom one bathroom apartment dating from 1740 is located half a flight of stairs up from the ground level in what is probably the nicest building on Rue Saint-André des Arts in the middle of the hugely popular St Germain area of Paris.
The apartment has beamed ceilings and has been beautifully furnished. Comfortably sleeping 2 people in the king sized bedroom, there is also double sleeper sofa in the living room allowing up to 4 people in total in this 50 square metre apartment.
