Spacious and quiet, brand new atmosphere that comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. This lovely Maisonette apartment is on the ground floor. Accessible only through the chrming internal court yard!
The bedroom is in alcove style and has a Queen double bed.
In the living room there are two single sofa bed, flat-screen LCD TV.
The bathroom has a hair dryer, a towel dryer, a washing machine, and a large shower.
There is an American kitchen with all the necessary equippement for basic cooking.

MOUFFETARD NEIGHBORHOOD
The MOUFFETARD neighborhood is very little known to the occasional tourist. It is a little corner where you can live the true Parisian life! There, where Paris was born as LUTECE, lies one of the first streets of the city (Rue MOUFFETARD) which has kept its roots as an open market from the Middle Ages until today! Here the neighbors meet for breakfast under the morning sun, just before buying their fresh vegetables, cheese, wine, olive oil etc... The wonderful smell of the fresh croissants and patisseries mingle with the street artists who dance and sing on Sundays at the typical Parisian music! A very romantic start of the day for those who love Paris!!!

We have stayed in all three of Dominique's properties. They are so charmingly decorated & equipped very well. So comfortable & close to the metro for all visits.
In November it was especially nice to meet Dominique in person.
We will continue to visit when we are able to.

Thank you Dominique for sharing your beautiful mainsonette for our first trip to Paris! It won't be our last as we fell in love with this incredible city and were so appreciative of this unique area of Paris. We also loved Rue Moffetard and felt like we were living like true Parisiens! The maisonette was very well appointed and in a fantastic location. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to our friend and family and hope to return soon! Thank you!

The Maisonette was wonderful. Beautifully appointed and very well located. I am in love with Rue Moufettard. I will send all of my friends and I will most definitely be back.
