This is the first time we rent a vacation rentals and we are so glad we did. The little apartment is well equipped, very convenient and it is close to the metro. Marie is very nice and helpful. She replied all my email and even helped me to book the restaurant in Rennes.
One thing need to mention is be very careful of your luggage. One of our suitcases got stolen on the lobby while we were on the way to take our luggage and waiting the car pick up. We believe it is someone lived in the building. -

This is a wonderful small apartment that has everything from dish washing machine, laundry/dryer, Wifi, a kitchenette with complete cooking utensils, a balcony and a great view of Richard Lenoir boulevard and the little garden inside it. Not to mention TV with cable of 500 or so stations. The owner must have had an interior designer to arrange the furniture and the living area. There is a queen sized bed hidden in one corner but you can still watch TV from the bed. The space is so well planned. Boulevard Richard Lenoir is quiet but is situated right in the middle of town with a metro station almost right in front of the apartment building. On certain day of the week, probably Friday, there is a big farmer market within a walking distance. The rental price is excellent for what we are getting. Perhaps I should keep this as a secret so that it will always be available every time I would like to book it.

O apartamento é ótimo, equipado de tudo, tamanho muito bom, basta atravessar a rua para ter acesso a estação de metrô Richard Lenoir. A localização é muito boa, na Boulevard Richard Lenoir a poucos minutos de caminhada da Bastille,do Marais, Praça da República, etc.
A proprietária Marie e seu amigo chegaram na hora marcada para nos entregar a chave, o contrato de aluguel e explicar como funcionava tudo no apartamento.
Estamos muito satisfeitos com tudo e indico o apartamento a todos que tiverem interesse em alugar.
Obrigado Marie pela atenção e por tirar todas as nossas dúvidas.

My husband and I were skeptical about the quality of this apartment by looking at the pictures that are in FlipKey. I wrote to Marie, the manager, and she answered my questions; I trusted her and rented the apartment. Our check-in was prompt and smooth, and we were happy to see that the building is safe, the studio apartment is well designed and has everything one needs to live comfortably for a week, including a gourmet kitchen with top-notch appliances. And we absolutely loved to open the curtains every morning and see the beautiful view outside. The location is perfect, accessible to Charles de Gaulle airpot by metro -- just outside the door -- and the RER B train. I wish this little apartment in Paris was ours! All we would do to make it even better would be to allow for more closet space to hang clothes.

I rent this apt for 10 days and the planning service was excellent and easy. The property, upon my arrival was very clean and well equiped. Nothing was missing or bad condition. Building is in quiet and secure loaction

We had arranged top meet Marie to get the keys but unfortunatley we were delayed. Marie waited for us and was very accomodating nonetheless. We found the apartment had good security and was very comfortable with all amentities as well as a clothes washer/dryer which was very usefull. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy a meal and a good servicable kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. In our view the picture does not do it justice. Located in the Bastille area, there is a good quality supermarket right behind the building and it is a short walk to a number of reasonably priced restaurants. Just down the street there is a well renowned regular market where one can buy anything. The area isn't one of the "upmarket" ones of Paris, but appears to have undergone a process of gentrification in recent years. We were very comfortable walking about at night and the metro is a short distance down the road making everything easy to get to. We had trouble with the hotplate but this was likely to be from unfamiliarity in how to use it so I would suggest get clear instructions at the outset on its use. Overall, this is an good value studio apartment, well located, clean and comfortable with good security and appears well managed. It provides a much better alternative to lower end hotel accomodation and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My rental experience with Marie was excellent. Upon my arrival in Paris, she met me at the apartment on time and with the help of a friend to translate (English) we were able to meet, greet and get the specifics of the apartment down (how to use the aC, TV, etc.).
I'm a single female renter, and felt safe and comfortable (after my first night in a strange place and country). The apartment had everything I needed - magnify mirror, washer with dryer racks, iron, hair blower, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, plenty of outlets, good water pressure...and the bed was very comfortable! I was very comfortable there and had no troubles whatsoever. The Richard Lenoir metro stop was directly across the street and a grocery around 2 corners, very convenient. Marie refunded my security deposit no problem.
Merci beaucoup, Marie! I will recommend you to any of my friends and hopefully can come back myself again someday. -

Siamo stati a Parigi per una settimana a Pasqua. L'appartamento prenotato è situato in posizione comoda, vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana Richard Lenoir, solo due fermate da piazza della Bastiglia. A due passi piccoli supermercati, la posta e il suggestivo mercato alimentare della Bastiglia, uno spettacolo dei sensi!! Arredato con gusto ha una bella vetrata con balcone sul Boulevard e spazi molto ben organizzati. Letto comodissimo e cucina super attrezzata!Ottim orapporto qualità / prezzo.

This was my first time in Paris, coming from a small town in Canada, and I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean and in a quiet location. Marie was helpful and answered all my questions quickly via email.
The neighborhood was typical of a big city - not what you would think of as "romantic Paris," but not bad, either. You are overlooking the blvd., which offers a nice view of the trees. It is close to a grocery store (Monoprix) and a few neat places to shop.
The bathroom has a washer/dryer combo which is good for long stays. It was good for the cooler weather, but if you are a woman in the summer the shower is a little too cramped to shave your legs! It is equipped like a typical North american bathroom.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a dishwasher. There is a pantry with a few things.
It is close to a metro line that is only 2 stops away from the main line through Paris. It is close enough to walk to places like Notre Dame and the islands.
There was free wifi internet, a phone and TV with DVD player.
It is a secure building - you need a passkey to get in. -

We rented this flat for 1 week, for a family with a child.
The kitchen of the flat was very well equipped. All needed stuffs were easy to find and to use. Appropriate stickers gave us useful info.
The flat is nice decorated. The natural light is abundant; of course, the amount of light could be easily set via an appropriate rouleau.
The boulevard in front has a large green are in the middle, with gardens, trees, and playgrounds.
The metro station is very close to the building door (about 50 m)
We liked that we found a lot of books about Paris inside of flat. -

Service was low from Marie (her English language is not enough for attending not French speaking people) as well as from her husband ( he does really speak in English but he is quite impolite) We had serious troubles concerned with the replacement of the entrance security key of apartment and at the last day we had to pay u$s 150, that we left inside the apartment, because both of them did not come to receive this amount nor the apartment as they were abroad Paris celebrating the Victory of 1945
Home was really and absolutely wonderful and charming, very well located in Bvd Richard Lenoir just in front of metro station, three blocks from Opera Bastille Theater, surrounded of very good restaurants, shoppings, etc with very comfortable and elegant pieces of furniture, well equipped, with nice clothes, meals and drinks (that must be replace if drinked, of course) with a good DVD and CD collection of music, (including classical music and operas, and films)
The best I liked is just written, the least is also above written

Sorry , if i had an impolite behavior : i guess it s because as i have my own job (nothing to see with marie-a-tout-prix business) , i could not spend lot of time as you could expect it .
For the key and the 150 you had to leave , 2 remarks:
* Marie was , at your departure day , left on holidays , at Mauritius island, with me ; was a bit dificult to come back only to take your 150 $
* The 150 $ are related to the key you lost : if it s so expensive, it s due to the door (reinforced : these keys are very expensive to be made)
At least, Marie is still improving her English -);
