Newly renovated with separate kitchen and bathroom. Two large windows, built-in bookshelves and marble fireplace (only for decoration) offer a welcome retreat after enjoying the sights and sounds of Paris.
Free internet access, large cable flat screen TV, sofa bed and large closet with mirror. Kitchen includes microwave/convection oven, stove, coffee machine and sufficient kitchen utensils to enjoy eating in.Individual heating.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris is happening, diverse area of the city that houses sights such as the Place de la Bastille and its majestic modern operahouse. It's also a huge draw for students and fans of nightlife, offering a concentrated number of the hippest bars and clubs on offer in Paris.
It is also a short walk away from the Marais, which is packed full of some sites, museums and trendy shops mixed in with the classics. It also happens to be one of the oldest neighborhoods dating back to the 12th century. It was left untouched by Haussmann during his radical makeover of Paris.
So some great historical touring mixed in with great modern-day sites only 5 minutes away
