Your Holyday Apartment is located in the center of PARIS close to Place de la République and to the picturesque "Canal Saint Martin" at 15 min walking distance from "le Marais", with very good connections by Buses (day and night) and by Metro (subway). The area is totally safe as you can walk 24 without any problem.
On the 2nd and last floor of a small building with a quiet courtyard, this 38m² duplex apartment is new, quiet and sunny. We are at the center of Paris, near to Place de la République and to the picturesque Canal Saint Martin.
Almost all the touristic sites are at a walking distance.
We are very close to the old area "Le Marais".
The 5 subway lines, the 6 bus lines + the free service of Bicycles allows very fast travels into Paris. Subways stations République (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9 et 11) at 5 minutes / 200m, Parmentier (Line3) at 3 minutes / 150m and Goncourt (Line11) at 2 minutes / 100m are very close, as the Buses 20, 46, 65, 56, 75 et 96.
The area is very nice (a lot of shops and restaurants) and safe, you can walk 24h without any problem.

A lovely stay in an apartment that felt more like a home. The apartment is well situated near the metro station Republique which has many metro line links. The apartment has great use of space and was very clean. I found the sofa bed and upstairs beds comfortable, although one person in our group found downstairs better.
The owner, Jean-Denis, was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us when we arrived, didn't bother us during our stay and came to say good-bye. He was always a phone call away and lives in the building opposite so it was good to know he was nearby if you needed him.
Although the area is very busy, it was quiet at night because the flat is just off the street in a courtyard so you don't hear a lot of the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend Jean-Denis and his apartment. -

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 4 night in Jean-Deni's apartment. Jean-Denis was really kind and helpful along booking process and during our stay. The apartment was just as described. All clean, well maintained and equiped. Jean-Denis has made a map which shows supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby wich was really helpfull. In walking distance is 3 metrostations (Belleville, Republicue and nearest Goncourt) from where you can travel easily to most of Paris. The neigbourhood is safe and the apartment quiet. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay in the apartment for 4 nights.
Jean-Denis is wonderful and answered all my questions before we arrived. The apartment is very clean, in a great neighbourhood and nicely away from the touristy areas yet still incredibly handy for everything that you'd want to do in Paris.
Everything you'd need is nearby including some great restaurants and bars.

sono andata a parigi con 3 amiche e ci siamo trovate molto bene nell' appartamento del Sr. Legal , lui è stato molto gentile e cortese e ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento super pulito , si trova in una posizione strategica vicino al centro e a 2 passi dalla metro.

Our family (five of us) stayed in this apartment for 9 nites (Dec 2 to Dec 11, 2012). The apartment is clean, well maintained and has all the essentials we require incl free WiFi. The location of the apartment is fantastic with easy access to Tube, Rail, bicycles, convenient stores, laundrette, restorants (all kinds, Western, Asian, Japanese and etc) supermarket, Oriental supermarket, churches, McDonald, shopping mall, and etc (3 mins to 5 mins away).We are minutes away from town central and we are living in Zone 1. We went to Disneyland/Palais Versailles/CDG airport through the Tube/Rail and it took us less than 45 mins ride. The owner is friendly, helpful and his home is a walk away from the apartment. We enjoyed our Paris trip very much and the cozy living in the apartment plus the hospitality of the owner made it even more memorable. The apartment definitely exceed the benchmark of a good holiday home. I highly recommend this apartment.

A great apartment to stay at and very glad we did. From our arrival we were met by Jean who was very helpful in all areas. From helping with the bags to showing us how to get around paris on the metro system. Everything was as planned, the apartment is very nice and comfortable and is in a good location. We had 2 small children with us and it was very comfortable for us with the basic things like oil, sugar, salt etc which is very helpful. We had no issues at all and nothing to complain about..

We spend a fantastic week in this apartment. The owner is a very friendly host, very helpful. We could park our bikes in the garage.
The appartment is renovated, very bright, clean and cosy. We had plenty of room (parents + 2 teenagers) and everything we needed for a plesant stay.
The apartment is located close to several touristic sites, and close to the underground-stops.
The neigbourhood is safe, quiet and pleasant.
It felt like home. We surely recommend this rental. -

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und alles ist vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Wir waren zu fünft 4 Tage in Paris, für einen längeren aufenthalt wäre die Wohnung für 5, fast erwachsene Personen, zu klein. Mehrere Metrostationen im direkten Umfeld, ermöglichen schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er spricht viele Sprachen und konnte uns mehrere Tipps für unsere Trips geben ;-). Jederzeit würden wir wieder hier herkommen.

Appartment was clean, bright and airy with plenty of room for up to 4 people. Jean Denis was welcoming even helping us with suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs. Jean Denis was very helpful providing information on things to do in Paris as well as on using local public transport system

The apartment was very clean, nice new furniture and well equipped. The location is convenient, just 2 blocks away from the metro station, the neighborhood is nice, with a supermarket and a bakery very close, plus many other shops. Finally the owner is super nice, so I totally recommend it.

Jean-Denis nous à loué son appartement pour 4 jours. Son accueil fut chaleureux et nous a mis en confiance. L'appartement est très propre,bien tenu et confortable. Bien que situé dans un quartier popuplaire, il offre un accès facile aux transports en commun et constitue un excellent pied-à-terre pour les persoinnes qui veulent découvrir Paris.

Très bel appartement, moderne et lumineux, très bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description. Situation idéale pour visiter Paris, à pied ou en métro. nombreux commerces à proximité.

Rien ne manque, tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires sont présents, le propriétaire fournit les draps, les serviettes et les torchons. Nous avons été vraiment bien reçus par le propriétaire qui est charmant et très prévenant. Il nous a donné tous les conseils utiles pour visiter Paris et s''est mis à notre disposition durant les 3 jours. Adresse à conseiller car parfaite pour un citytrip à Paris. Que des points positifs. No complaining at all about our reservation! Very clean apartment on a practical location (only 5 minutes walking from Place de la République); all comforts included. Friedly owner gave us some interesting documentation and a map of the direct surroundings to find a bakery, supermarket, ATM, post office... Busstops and underground are near (3 minutes walking distance).
