Very comfortable and cosy first floor studio apartment of 25 square meters in lively area LA BASTILLE. My apartment sleeps up to 4 people. There is a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed which folds up easily thus still provides an attractive living area for day time relaxation.
The apartment is in great condition as has been completely restyled this autumn. You'll be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment gives onto a very quiet little "courette" which is very appreciable for Paris.

You're just a few steps away from la Place de la Bastille ideally situated for shopping, museums, markets, with very convenient metro (line 1 gets you anywhere central in Paris) and bus stops. You can access any hotspot in no time or enjoy a walk to the Marais, Place des Vosges, Coulée Verte...You can also enjoy "Vélolib" available just down the street!

I brought my mom and my daughter to Paris for my daughter's 16th birthday. Anne's flat was perfect for the three of us. It was clean and nicely furnished. My mom, who has fibro myalgia, said the bed was very comfortable. The flat offered wi-fi and the availability to call home for free. The flat overlooked a little courtyard so it was very quiet. The location could not have been better. Anne's flat manager Chasse (aka Charlie or C) was very friendly and extremely helpful as well as very timely. He sent me via email the exact directions on how to get to the flat (many different options), he met us at the flat door upon our arrival with the key, he answered all my questions regarding the metro and locations of tourist attractions as well as a list of his favorite restaurants and bakery's. The metro was just around the corner. The sightseeing bus pickup was just around the corner (which in my opinion is one of the best ways to see any city). There were many bars, bakery's and restaurants in the neighborhood. The Marais district & Notre dame are walkable. The Eiffel Tower and arch de triumph are close by metro. We would definitely stay here again and I have already passed anne's email on to others at work. Thanks again anne & Charlie for everything!

It is exactly what we expected!! A warm flat with great access to the metro and all the Bastille. The flat owner was kind, responsive and accommodating; and the representative - Chass - was very helpful. We will do it again...

We had a great time recently when we stayed in this small
flat situated in a reall funky street close to Bastille.
We had a limited budget and found the situation ideal giving
easy access to everything we wanted to see. The flat was
comfortable, couldn't have been better really and we found
plenty of small inexpensive bistrots very close by. We were met
by a very nice chap, Charles, an american expat who turned out to
be a mine of information on the quarter. Thank you anne, we had a lovely time. -

We were there with my husband during one week in October, and we keep a really happy memorie of our stay.
The flat is calm (which is unusual in Paris) : the window overlooking a courtyard avoids the city noises to disturb our sleep.
The flat is clean and well arranged.
It is located near La Place de la Bastille (5 minutes walking) and Notre-Dame (15 minutes walking).
The subway drives you everywhere.
