San DiegoAt home in heart of Paris
Left on 05/09/2013 for a stay in April 2013
My wife and 2 kids (3yr and 6yr)spend 4 days in this apartment. It was perfect. The apartment was big and felt like home and was just a 5 minute walk to Bastille. Just outside the door are unlimited restaurants, cafes and bread stores for morning croissants. Metro lines and buses are also very close. I will definitely stay here again.

LondonAn oasis in central Paris, clean smart and convenient.
Left on 03/14/2013 for a stay in April 2011
Such a haven, so clean and shiny with everything we needed. Very safe with a secure lobby and lift. Near the metro and a pretty street with restaurants and shops. I was there with my two children when they were young. Disneyland was the big treat, quick and easy to get there by metro and train, and lovely to know we were returning to our own little 'home' when we were absolutely exhausted at the end of the day. My kids loved having a proper place to relax, rather than just a hotel room. I thought they would want to eat out every evening but their favourite thing was the local takeaway Pizza, made in front of them in a huge pizza oven, and bringing it back to the apartment. It was great having a dining area and kitchen. There is a bustling market nearby, so we could have the fun of buying lovely French veg, fruit, cheeses, fish...and preparing it ourselves. And of course the kids loved having a fridge for cold drinks and ice-creams. We tended to get up early, and come back for a break in the late afternoon, and then out again to see the lights of Paris, or the Seine in the evening. Oh and you can walk down to the Seine, and walk along it or get a boat. We got a hop on hop off to the Eifel tower. As I was traveling alone with kids I was so grateful for Charles who met me, took me there, told me about the apartment, gave me maps with local info, and even let me phone him with questions all week. I can't talk French so he booked the restaurants for me. He told me about 'Aqua Boulevard' a huge warm indoor and outdoor swimming pool complex, with stationary water skiing, an outside beach, rope swings, everything. My kids still think it was one of their best holidays, even though I had been so worried about not speaking French and making it all work. Can't recommend this place enough.

Cambridge, MAa home away from home

This apartment provided all the conveniences of a home in a wonderfully exciting location in the Bastille. Step outside and there is a plethora of cafes and restaurants, perfect for exploring on foot. Access to other parts of the city is easy with the metro nearby. Coming and going was simple and the area is safe. It was great to have access to a full kitchen for cooking meals, and the flat is also big enough to invite friends over. The next time I'm in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again.

BiscarrosseGreat for Disney
Left on 03/13/2013 for a stay in December 2012
My husband and I decided to treat our kids to a little Christmas holiday at Disney and opted for an apartment rather than a Disney package... we decided we would also do some sightseeing (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame de Paris etc...) and found it very convenient for both! It's a lovely and bright apartment, very well equipped and located. Both Lynden and Charles were of great help and good advice. Thanks again for a wonderful time in Paris, Anne and Christophe

LondonJust what I wanted in Paris
Left on 03/08/2013 for a stay in October 2012
A light and airy apartment in an area bustling with attractions - the Place Bastille with its opera house, markets, cafés and restaurants. Easy access to transport via the nearby metro station, buses and taxis. Convenient for exploring Paris on foot.
The apartment is a comfortable home-from-home, with friendly service from people who know the area well. I liked being able to come back safely from a night out to relax in a place I could feel 'my own', during my stay in Paris. -

West Chester, PAThe artsy village of the Bastille!
Left on 03/07/2013 for a stay in February 2010
I had a wonderful stay in this area - it was full of art shops, cafes, colorful people - as most all of France does but this particular area was so conveniently connected to all the transportation it was great. The price was reasonable and I found it enchanting. Charles Pineda, the manager, is friendly, extremely reliable and prompt. I would highly recommend!
