Welcome to our practical and fully equipped studio near Gare de Lyon station ! – Paris 12

You are only a stonethrow away from Gare de Lyon station and the Viaduc des Arts, on a pedestrian side street right of Avenue Daumesnil.

This studio is located on the first floor (with elevator) and has a balcony. It can sleep 2 adults and 1 baby (baby bed available).

There is plenty of space for stowing away personal belongings.

The bathroom is separated from the main area. The kitchen and sleeping area are in the same large main living room.

It is easy accessible from the 2 major airports and all the other mainline train stations in Paris through convenient access to Metro and busses.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions, please contact me.

The proprietor, Erik, could not have been more accommodating, communicative and hospitable. Erik provided a manual that lists how to use all the electronics (TV, Dishwasher, etc). All your possible questions are answered. Since I have an Iphone, Erik and I could communicate readily via email for last minute questions. The apartment is a typical French apartment conveniently located and easily reached from Charles De Gaulle Airport by RER, Metro or Bus. It was clean and comfortable and did I mention in a great area convenient to the Champs? I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to the sights, and who wishes to experience Paris the Parisian way.

Erik's flat is a very comfortable "home" situated very near the Champs-Élysées and Arch de Triomphe. His door is just steps from a relaxed, quiet square with a superb boulangerie and a wonderful cheese shop. There is a good grocery store close by as well. We spent our days walking or taking the Metro from the convenient Argentine station nearby. Sure, the Marais is nice. St. Germaine is too. But my wife and I agreed that because those places can be so full of people Erik's place is the perfect spot to relax and feel at home after a full day in Paris. All this would be enough, but Erik is also a superb host. He cares. He was responsive with every question we had. We now feel we have a new friend in Paris. We will be back!

Really great place to stay - very large for a Parisian apartment, everything is well kept, and the host corresponded with me amiably and professionally. Great boulangerie just around the corner, too! I had planned to go to a hostel originally - I'm so glad I didn't. Fantastic experience here, better than most reasonably priced hotels.

Excellent host, really friendly and easy to contact. The place is really well located, great neighborhood with a lot to places to have dinner and go out. Five minutes walk from Arc de Triomf and 2 RER stops from the center of Paris. The apartment has lots of space, very clean and full equipped with the bed is king size. The only drawbacks that you could find is that it can be a little cold and the bathroom is quite small, anyways is an excellent place to stay in Paris.

  I needed a flat in the centre of Paris at the last minute, and Lokappart met exactly my requirements: very good size, extremely affordable, very convenient location and a bespoke service that was tailored to my needs. I was able to arrive late, and Erik met me at the flat. He is totally reliable and very friendly. I was able to drop off the keys at 7am on a Sunday right next to the flat, so that was also extremely handy.
  
  The flat was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed. It was quiet, in a very safe location and ideally situated to go to meetings or stroll around Paris. Among the many amenities in the area there are cafes, bars, restaurants and Gare de Lyon.
  
  I liked best the kind of personal, bespoke service. The walking distance to the next supermarket was perhaps the least convenient feature but it did in no way take away from a superb experience.
  
  Excellent and highly recommended.

  Week getaway at Paris

  Small studio very welcoming, very secure, clean and quiet during the summer. Is located in the city center and 5 minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon and the metro. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside will be the lack of lights because the lights red lantern and internet was being installed and not working.
  We will be happy to return.

  Everything was as described and showed in pictures. The keys hand-out went very smooth! The host was kind enough to provide us directions from our arrive point in Paris to the Studio. The place was small but very neat and well organized suitable for a young couple and definitely tourists who want to go out and explore Paris. I must tell that the host was all the time on the-check giving recomendations about places and willing to answer at anytime we contacted him. The place is located within walking distance from Gare de Lyon and metro station, easy to conect anywhere! Full of stores and shops. But over all was the atention we got from the host, he was at all time, more than a host a friend!
  Definetly would contact him next time we get back to Paris!
