This beautiful three bedroom house (95 sq meters-1020 sq feet) is located in the East side of Paris. It’s a wonderful house in a lovely courtyard with 8 others houses.

It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood where you can hear birds in the morning and evening – quite an incredible experience in the middle of Paris.

The neighborhood offers you everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, very good cheese seller, restaurants,…). The house is very safe and comes with a caretaker.

This lovely three floor house has just been renovated (end of 2012) by a designer with a focus on maximizing comfort and charm.There is a... large living and dining area with a double sofa bed. There is a new flat screen TV with many channels, Hifi, phone and Internet access. An open concept kitchen is complete with all utensils and modern appliances (microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) and it has a small separate laundry room (washing machine, drying machine, clothes horse).

The house features a sunny, private terrace (~10 m 2, 102 ft) with plants that faces Southeast.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first is a large separate bedroom that has two single beds. The other bedroom on this floor has a bunk bed. In addition, there is a dressing room which offers storage and convenience. .

The totally new bathroom has a shower and bathtub with hair dryer and separate WC/toilet.

On the third floor, the lovely, air conditioned room under the roof offers a queen size bed and a desk so you have the opportunity to work or surf the internet.

Extras include iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, safety box.

This house conveniently located. It is only 30 minutes to Eiffel Tower direct by subway), quick subway ride to the Bastille and easy bus ride to St Germain des Près, few blocks from the Seine.

It’s just a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the metro (subway) Dugommier or Daumesnil. Traveling around Paris is convenient, simple and easy.
