Woodinvillefantastic apartment and location
Left on 04/23/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Just got back from a week stay in anne's apartment. We had a fantastic time there - she had everything we could have needed already there and was extremely helpful during the time leading up to our trip. The apartment is less than a mile to the Eiffel tower, easy walk. Lots of little bistros in the neighborhood. Easy access to the Metro stations to get you all over town. Found it to be quiet and safe for walking at night.
Could not have been better. Thanks anne! -

Communication via email is proficient and professional. Monica (Anne's babysitter) was there to welcome me and show me around the lovely apartment.
The apartment is marvellous! Cute little balcony with great view of Eiffel tower. Wi-fi included. Location spot, this apartment is the winner! Walking distance to Eiffel tower, cafes etc.
Check in and out was fast and simple. Thank you for letting me experience Paris for the 1st time with a big smile. Merci!!!
* Ladies, u will love the cute make up mirror in the toilet :-) -

Vernon, CTHighly recommend - Great apartment, great location
Left on 02/11/2013 for a stay in September 2012
The apartment is as described but so much more. Anne (the owner) provides everything you could possibly need. The apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the picture. The location is convenient to the metro, restaurants, patisseries, food shops, etc. Sitting on the balcony viewing the Eiffel Tower in the morning and evening was a wonderful way to start and end each day. You can't go wrong by renting here. I will definitely stay here when I next visit Paris.

My sister and I had the extreme pleasure of spending 16 nights here in October 2012. We knew we were in for something special when we booked the apartment, but the reality was even better. Anne was very accommodating and the apartment has absolutely everything you could ever need. From modern but comfortable furnishings and electronics including wifi access - a must for a traveller - to little details like umbrellas, games, and condiments in the cupboard.
The apartment is on the 8th floor with stunning views including the Eiffel Tower - exactly as shown in the photo - which was a mere 10mins walk away. The area is quiet yet had plenty to see and do. Close to a large supermarket (monoprix), and many, many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, you will not know which to choose! Next to the apartment is a great pizzeria, a creperie and near the park an Italian Restaurant - all I highly recommend.
Don't miss the amazing markets every Wednesday and Sunday, a short walk away, under the train line at the end of the street (Eiffel Tower end). Trains, metros and buses are all close to the apartment, so getting to other sections of Paris is very easy. We used the Javel line the most, it runs along the Seine - 15mins to Notre Dame, about 20mins to Versailles.
I know that when I next return to Paris, I will stay here again, it is the perfect location, for the perfect Parisian experience. -

This is an absolute gem of an apartment, extremely comfortable with every possible modern convenience and extremely well-equipped. The owner anne was very helpful but at the same time unobtrusive and professional.
The apartment is delightfully positioned near supermarkets, specialty food shops and metro stations.
We unreservedly recommend this apartment to any traveler who likes their comfort. -

Charlotte, NCComfortable, Convenient and a Fantastic Value
Left on 05/16/2012 for a stay in May 2012
In our many trips to Continental Europe, this was the first time my wife and I rented an apt. rather than staying at a B&B; or hotel. We stayed 5 nights. If I were confident that this flat was representative of most, I'd choose apt. rentals as often as possible in the future.
Asked by anne (the owner) to call 10 minutes before arrival, we did, and were greeted by her at the building's entrance. Once up to the apt.'s 8th floor location she pleasantly reviewed every aspect of the apt. with us and left us smiling over the choice we'd made.
It is perhaps the most efficient use of what I estimate to be 550 sq. ft. that I can recall; it feels bigger. The kitchen is a quintessential example of European need to design a large amount of function into an otherwise small space. And everything works just fine: from shower to W/D, etc. Two a/C's are quiet and effective. 3 English channels available on 2
flat screens Tv's.
Now -- as the website pictures show -- the balcony is too narrow for 2 people to sit side-by-side w/ both being able to view the Eiffel Tower. But that should be a small consideration, as several glances a day and night should adequate to regenerate any lag in one's "Parisian attitude".
The 8th floor is sufficiently high so as to minimize what little traffic noise there is on the largely residential/non-touristy Rue St. Charles. Very convenient to Metro lines 6 and 10, both between 5 -7 minutes away'; RER C 12 +/- minutes. Several grocery 3 -8 minutes away as are several boulangeries. Restaurants also abound close-by. We were very pleased w/ L'Epopee, Bistro Champetre and twice at our favorite: small Restaurant de la Tour (resv. essential).
While this apt. may have competitors among the hundreds of other apt. rental possibilities in Paris, there is absolutely no way you're find this amount of quality space this centrally located in any hotel at anywhere close to this price in central Paris.
Arranging to wire the deposit can be a challenge if not accustomed to doing so, but well worth the effort.
Outstanding Value. -

This apartment was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. It is located near two Metro lines with many shops nearby. The furnishings and appliances are new and top notch. The main bed and fold-out were excellent. Anne was very easy to work with. This place really made our last trip to Paris a great experience. Thanks, Anne!

I actually stayed in this apartment in July 2010 but this month was not available at the trip advisor site anymore. The apartment is fully furnished with state of the art equipment. Anything you think you might need, they have it there, from blow dryer to iron board. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. There is an automatic curtain that blocks the light and let you sleep late. The owners, Anne and Pascal are available for any questions and receive you as if you were an old friend. The location is perfect for visiting any sites and the neighborhood is safe and friendly enough for walks to the closest supermarket and shops. Highly recommended!

MelbournePerfect for a staying in Paris, to feel the real Paris...
Left on 01/14/2011 for a stay in October 2010
We were welcomed by anne's husband, Pascal. Nothing was forgotten, in our orientation to the place.
Free Wifi, Cable TV. Washer dryer combo, that is so gentle on clothes. Separate toilet, and shower, which is good, and the shower was divine. Heaps of storage, which was a blessing for a traveller, to unpack her suitcase, completely, as I was there 10 days.
Living area very spacious, we had local friends over to dinner a couple of times, without feeling crowded. Hardly ever had the heater on, and it was late October...
Walk to the local Monoprix supermarket, multiple bakeries, not to Mention the Tour Eiffel. Sensational view of the Tour Eiffel, day & night. The local Market was great, if you have the courage to say the french word, you think the item is!!
The lift up to the apartment fits four hefty aussies, probably more petite French people?? Big luggage in lift = less people...
Stinky and brave experience, putting the garbage out, in the downstairs garbage room, which by the way, a garbage bag is a "sac poubelle", as we had to ask at the supermarket.
Only thing the apartment needed, was a working can opener, which we found out whilst trying to open coconut milk, for Thai curry, that we were making.
I loved coming home to this place, bags filled with wine cheese, and french bread, and chilling. Our local friend wondered why we were tired a lot. Walking the sights for 5 hours a day, plus to be honest, we didn't wanna go out, coz we were so content at this apartment. -

I never expected to find such a cozy place to stay. The pictures do not make justice to the place, which is much better in person than the already excellent pictures in the site! It seems you are visiting a family memeber, such is the procupation with details. The sheets smell like home, and the place is spot clean. The air conditioning, the lack of noise and the very comfortable beds provided us reinvigorating sleep and we were therefore able to enjoy our stay without being so tired. Everything you think of has been taken care of. You need to iron a shirt? There is an iron and iron board tucked behind the door. The view is magnificent and we were able to watch the 4 of July fireworks from the balcony! The Paicheur couple are really nice and were always available and kind. Thank you anne and Pascal! Would definetely recommend and go back!

Toronto, CanadaExcellent Location and Space for Family with Teens
Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in August 2010
As a family with teens, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris at this location. The apartment allowed for a very authentic Paris experience compared to a Hotel. We went to the local farmers market on Wed. (With directions from a very friendly tenant in the building), frequented the local bakery, and the supermarket on the main street. It felt like we lived in Paris. My best advice is to try whatever French you know...the local residents appreciate it.
The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was particularly fun...and we had fun waiting for 10:00 p.m. each evening as the tower lights up with special lights.
Anne, who met us as we came in was very friendly and professional ensuring that we had a full tour of the apartment and helped us with some location directions and information. (Take time to understand how the washer/dryer work...we were caught in a rain storm one day and greatly appreciated having a dryer to dry our clothes!).
The location was great...a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower or subway. We also walked to the train station near Eiffel Tower and caught a train out to Versaille for the day. Very easy ride and afforadble. We also used bus #42 (Just outside the apartment) to get across town to the big shopping area, Louvre, and Opera. The ride itself is quite interesting.
We definately would return to this apartment.
I have travelled for business and would also recommend this apartment for someone having to stay in Paris a few weeks for business. It's nice to have a kitchen and some space rather than a hotel.

Left on 10/10/2009 for a stay in September 2009
What a wonderful apartment! From the time we arrived with a very friendly personal welcome from the owners until we left was a great experience.
Convenient location, walk or take the Metro. Great convenience shopping nearby. 5 mins to Eiffel Tower.
The apartment has been renovated and is in immaculate condition. Every convenience is included. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented - right down to an elegent orchid in bloom.
Secure building and great neighbourhood - no worries about walking about in the evening.
We had a small toddler and Anne accommodated her very well with a portacot and a high chair.
Highly recommended and when we go back to Paris again we will certainly stay at this apartment.
Thanks to Anne and her family for making it available to us. -
