Welcome to our spacious apartment in the trendy 10th arrondissement in Paris!
This apartment holds 2 separate bedrooms, 1 sitting/dining room, 1 separate kitchen, 1 separate WC and 1 separate bathroom.
It can sleep up to 5 people in 2 double beds and on 1 single person's mattrass in the dining room.
It is located on the fourth floor and facing East, South and West allowing for a very energizing living space. The decoration is largely influenced by the owner’s life experience in the Himalayas as can easily be seen from the pictures. The furniture is of high quality, most wardrobes and tables are made from precious, massive exotic wood types.
Another plus of this place: Splendid views south of some of the city’s most famous monuments.
With plenty of storage capability you will feel just like at home. Equipment wise, there is a TV with international channels and of course Internet!
You will find that the location is also perfect to get around in Paris. Not less than 3 metro stations can be found within 5 minutes walk. The train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are also accessible by foot.
For arrivals by plane, I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions, please contact me.
My calendar is ALWAYS up to date, last minute reservations are welcome! I am online on my PC and phone in order to reply quickly.

CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
Late checkin/early checkout: Please not that a check in after 8pm or a check out before 10am is each subjected to a 50 EUR cash fee payable on arrival. A checkout before 8am is generally not possible. This is to allow “normal” working conditions.
Example 1: We agreed on a meeting at 7pm, because of your flight delays you arrive at 8.30pm, the fee will be due.
Example 2: You need to leave the flat at 8am. The early checkout fee of 50 EUR applies.
