Welcome to our Duplex studio located in a private, picturesque alley in the heart of Paris!
The layout is the following:
Ground floor : Open kitchen, dining and sitting areas, separate bathroom and WC
Top floor: Sleeping area
You will appreciate the well lit, large living space with a high ceiling.
The setup makes optimal use of the available space: while 2 is the ideal number of guests, it is possible to sleep 4 guests for short stays. (2 on the double bed upstairs, 2 on the sofa bed).
The kitchen is fully furnished and provideq all the utensils you may need to prepare light meals. Internet access is pr...ovided, as well as TV. Guests also benefit from the presence of a clothes washer.
The big plus when it is warmer outside,is to enjoy a coffee in the alley, around the green table seen on the pictures. A perfect place to relax!
The neighborhood provides a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets selling all the fresh food and bread you would want.
Access by public transportation is very easy, with a metro stop “Les Gobelins, line 7” less than 5 minutes walk away.
Else, I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions.
