Beautiful, fully equipped 1 Bedroom apartment. The apartment is a hop away from the major Parisian sites. Enjoy Paris like a Parisian and feel like home in a safe and lively neighborhood.
The nearest metro stops are Volontaires and Sèvres-Lecourbe. These lines bring you directly to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, the Champs Elysees, Montmartre and several train stations.
This peaceful apartment is on the 8th floor (with elevator) of a 1960 building, on the courtyard, so you can enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Paris and open windows in summer, with chirping birds to wake you up.

Lovely modern well kept apartment, close to metro and local markets and shops. Great kitchen appliances with all required, slept 4 comfortably. Good information guide provided. Lovely chocolates and wine on arrival.
Patrick always ensured great communication and available for contact at all times as well as meeting us for on our arrival. As a minor note - it would be recommended that a bathroom ventilator/exhaust fan be installed. -

We stayed in this airy and light apartment for a short visit to Paris. It's situated in an up-market part of town, with close access to good shops and restaurants, and the metro for easy access to the centre and sights. Lovely, urban view in the evenings of the lights of other flats and Paris. Fully equipped kitchen and internet was also very useful.

Patrick si e' mostrato serio e affidabile, Laetitia molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato la casa in perfetto ordine, corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. La zona dell'abitazione e' ricca di negozi e market. Ci sono due linee della Metro nelle vicinanze. Per noi e' stata la prima volta che abbiamo utilizzato questo servizio e ne siamo entusiasti. Questo appartamento e' vivamente consigliato per famiglie di adulti e/o con ragazzi.

En week-end prolongé sur Paris (4jours) avec nos 2 enfants, nous avons été séduit par cet appartement.
Propre, bien équipé, confortable, calme, décoré avec soin, proche de tous les commerces de "bouche" et des stations de métro, cet appartement est le lieu idéal pour visiter à votre guise la capitale.
Bon accueil des propriétaires, ces derniers seront vous conseiller si besoin.
N'hésitez pas sur cet appartement, vous ne serez pas déçu. -

From the outset (and throughout), Patrick and Laëtitia provided the most professional of services from a host. We contacted them for one of their other properties but it was full so they recommended this one which had just had all the furniture and appliances renewed.
Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted with a bottle of red. Got periodic texts to check if we were okay and time of check-out. Check-out was also a breeze. There was some damage to the (new) sofabed but Patrick was able to sort out a complimentary parts replacement from Ikea. He could have easily taken me for a ride but honored his professionalism by providing a full security refund.
Apartment looks over a park and has electric shutters for privacy and to manage heat. Internet and TV worked great and there was a good selection of English Dvds since everything is dubbed on French TV. Location is great, nearby Volontaires metro. On-street parking in the area is quite difficult but we found a garage nearby (next to the BNP Paribas bank) that cost €18/night.
All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend.
