I stayed with 4 friends last year while we were visiting Phuket for tennis competition. It was our favourite stay for the whole year. The villa is amazing! We really couldn't believe how cheap it was to stay there for such a beautiful villa. The owners are very nice people and were both always on hand to help throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Communication with Pascal the owner was fast and easy. when we arrived at 1 am, pooring outside, someone welcomed us and gave us the key.
The place is perfect on every points. Location, walking to the beach, peaceful, afternoon sun in the nice swimming pool. The place is huge, bright and clean, batrhooms excellent, all equiped internet soung system, tv and dvds fridge kitchen terrace for "Apero"

Have stayed at the villa in march 2013. Everything was perfect. There are 5 beds (3 king), 3 sofas there so the total amount of people could be more than 8. The pool is great and equipped with hydro-massage, outdoor shower. There are 4 bathrooms,very convenient. Rice boiler, coffeemachine, ipod stations in every room...everything you need to feel like at home. The location is perfect: not really far from bustling patong, good proximity to bang tao and surin beach and what I really like northern beaches like layan,banana and naithon are about 15 minutes by car through the beautiful road. 7/11 is 4 minutes on foot. Car park at the door. Frendly stuff at the villa and attentive owner will fix all the issues immidiately. Yeahh there are also some weaknesses but for this price everything is perfect.
There's snow outside, and I miss this villa and amazing evenings at the pool in tropical paradise.
Definately would back again -

The villa is spacious and is well equipped. The Kitchen has everything and more for the self caterer. We stayed for two weeks with my two sons who occupied the upper bedrooms that have a shared lounge and both having on suit facilities.The property has a caretaker who is on hand 24/7 and lives across the road. The housekeeper is also delightful. The pool, although not large is big enough to cool off after a strenuous day at the beach! The closest beach is a 10 minute walk away.
Overall a great stay and would recommend the villa to anyone. The owner communicates very well to ensure all is well with your holiday. -

I stayed at this house in november 2012 for 5 nights with 2 other couples. The price was so cheap and the amenities were perfect for us. The kitchen has just about everything you would have in your own; the pool was delightful and was cleaned daily by the man that lives just across the road with his wife who cleans the house for you. The house is spacious, private, safe and is only three minuets walk to the 7eleven on the corner and a Tesco one door up on the other corner. The house was very clean and all three rooms had their own ensuite plus an extra one for the pool I guess. There was one TV in the lounge room upstairs and there was internet. The area is quiet, there is a restraint only two doors down that is expensive for Thailand but very nice food. A ten minuets walk will get you to the beach where there are heaps of restaurants. Pascal the owner was very helpful and rang when we arrived to see if we needed anything. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone and if I return to Phuket again I will defiantly stay there again over a hotel or resort.
