Baan Twin Palms is one of only 6 luxury houses on an exclusive development offering privacy, 24 hour security and tranquility with views over forested hills and fields of grazing water buffalo. The villa is set in 2.5 rai of mature tropical gardens with flowers, trees and a huge variety of palms. It has been designed to take advantage of the lovely surroundings with many spacious terraces for the total outdoor living experience

Mornings are the time for bird song and the area is a haven for gracious egrets,chattering mynahs,kingfishers and tiny humming birds. Evenings are the time for beautiful sunsets and occasional dramatic firework displays from the nearby beach

This is the unspoilt face of Phuket in an area of outstanding beauty on the north west coast of the island. Despite this peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle of the main resorts,it is just a few minutes drive from glorious Layan beach with its golden sands and wonderful warm sea.Just a short distance further can be found the famous Laguna hotel complexes with golf course, spa facilities and the village with a selection of restaurants, hairdressers, beauty and massage parlours, art galleries and boutiques

The spacious accommodation is built over 3 floors with all the main rooms offering the typical wood paneled Thai style vaulted ceilings(all with fans)

ENTRANCE LEVEL: Ample parking, access to the extensive roof terrace with spectacular views, utility room and 2 ensuite bedrooms (one with single beds and the other with queen size bed which can be converted to 2 singles

MAIN LEVEL: Steps lead down to extremely spacious living dining room, western style kitchen with dishwasher and all other modern equipment, TV room, master bedroom suite with dressing room and spacious bathroom with double jacuzzi bath, and further large king sized ensuite bedroom. There is also a guest washroom. From the main rooms, sliding doors lead on to a magnificent semi-covered terrace with dining table for 10 and comfortable rattan furniture for lounging and enjoying the views over the pool and gardens. The terrace is edged with a colourful display of flowering plants

LOWER LEVEL: A short flight of steps leads to an extensive terrace with 12x4 infinity pool with jacuzzi, a sala with 2 beds and ceiling fan. There is a fully equipped BBQ kitchen with dining area, a shower room, a spacious A/C room with selection of children's toys, maid/nanny's room and a further ensuite king sized bedroom
