Hibiscus is an attractive three bedroom townho...use located at the popular Merlin Bay Complex, The Garden, St James. There is a private plunge pool as well as access to the larger central swimming pool and sun deck for guests' use.

From the spacious sun deck, steps lead down to a beautiful white, secluded beach where swimming and snorkeling are excellent.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. Guests are well looked after by a friendly and efficient staff.

Hibiscus is conveniently located just a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and the Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-star golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.

  A Relaxing Week at Hibiscus

  Our family of 5 including three teens spent a relaxing week before Christmas 2011 at Merlin Bay in the Hibiscus Villa. The villa was very comfortable and the staff - Alice and Corrine - were awesome! Alice fixed most of our meals and all were delicious! It was great to have our own plunge pool, the larger pool, and such easy access to the beach. Weather was awesome. We pre-arranged the snorkel day tour with Good Times; it was a terrific day on the water. Great company. We also did the Island Safari tour and this was terrific as well. We really felt like we saw a lot of the island between the two tours. The people of Barbados were friendly but didn\'t pester tourists.   Perfect family vacation at Hibiscus Merlin Bay

  Our family of 4 stayed at Hibiscus Merlin Bay for 10 days in mid November. I highly recommend this vacation spot. The location is awesome and the layout of the complex affords privacy, social interaction and access to one of the area\'s best beaches. The cooking by Alice and housekeeping by Coreen made us feel right at home (but without the work!). Ask Alice for her homemade chocolate cake or key lime pie-you won\'t be disappointed. The rest of the staff at Merlin Bay are great too-we felt like one big family. Thanks Anne-Marie, Dermont, Peter, Ronald and Nelson for making our vacation great. Take a 10 minute walk up the beach and grab fresh fish and veggies. Have dinner at Lone Star in Holetown-impeccable. Tour the east side of the island (beautiful) and have lunch at Atlantis-perfect. Go to Oistins for the fish fry, see Cherry Hill. Spend time in Barbados and you\'ll see why the people are so friendly.
