It is a fully furnished apartment centrally located in Thessaloniki and within walking distance from the center of the town(10 MIN). It has a spacious living room which has sofa converted to bed able to sleep (2 prs),separate kitchen,1 separate room(2prs) and a bath. It has 3 balconies with view on the main road from the front one. Although the apartment was a bit far away from the main centre and set among some of the car repair places it was clean, secure, and good value.
However the mattress was not comfortable and does need changing.
It was a bit of a surprise to be in an area that seemed a bit cluttered, but Thessaloniki is like that, but very clean and the people were most helpful considering that we could not speak the language.
We would certainly recommend the bakery on the neaby corner. God people and great pastries

This was a great value rental. The main criteria for me is cleanliness and this was spotless. The location was great and meant that I could easily walk to all the main areas considered good for nightlife and eating. For convenience, there is a Carrefour close to the apartment for all your daily shopping needs and the station was close enough for me to use when exploring neighboring cities. Thanos kindly came to collect me from the airport which made things very easy and convenient from the start. I have nothing negative to say.

The apartment has all that you need during your stay. This is not some luxury apartment, but it is sweet, clean, cozy and pleasant, and it will make you feel like home from the day one. You will feel welcomed and it will provide different feeling than staying at the hotel allowing you to feel the vibe and explore the city from the completely different point of view. The owners are friendly, they will help you with everything you need but they won't disturb you during your stay. Next time I'm in Thessaloniki, I would be glad to stay in this flat again.

The apartment is big and clean at second floor (with elevator) and it could easily accomodate 5 people.
It is at a walking distance from the main station (where the bus from the airport stops) and also from the main road so that it is possible to get to the main monuments and places of the city by feet.
The neighborhood is quite, there is a very good bakery nearby and there is supermarket 200m away.
Even if the apartment has recently been renovated, the toilet needs an improvement (flush was weak).
In the end, I would recommend this rental to who wants to visit Thessaloniki.
