All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Accomadation is very comfortable. This is a 5 star self catering accomadation. Spotlessly clean. My wife is very particular (more so than Monica from sitcom Friends) and she was impressed by the standard of hygiene and cleaniless. Very mordern interior and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and eager for your stay to be pleasurable. We travelled with our 3 month daughter and found the cottage equipmented with everything we needed and wanted including toys, cot etc. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will return.

everything was first class the owners were helpful and friendly. the cottage was fresh clean and comfortable.within easy reach of two first rate eateries.Thisk and Northallerton nearby for shopping.Several places of interest within easy driving distance.All in all this was the best holiday let we have ever stayed in no negatives whatsoever.

Turpin, one of the Thief Hole Cottages, is quite magnificent.
We couldn't believe the friendly, generous & courteous greeting on arrival. The cottage is superbly placed for the North York area & generously proportioned.
