Garage has been converted into a terrific playroom with a projector and an 13 Foot wide screen (200" diagonal - it's life size!) including Wii, Xbox/Kinect, PS/2, DVD Movies, Netflix, you name it we've got it!

Property features a large fenced & flat yard with lawn, deck and AMAZING outdoor kitchen for entertaining all year long. 52" huge natural gas grill & 2 refrigerators, granite counters, bar seating for 6 and a stunning natural stone waterfall.

The entire home has been updated and is light and bright. Master bath has oversized 7' roman shower tub with frame-less shower door. Guest bath has full sized shower/tub, designer paint & custom wood wainscot. 4 terrific bedrooms including an office with high speed WiFi, and a guest wireless printer/fax/scanner.

Enormous great room has vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, spacious living area, large dining area and open kitchen with, stainless appliances & 6 burner Professional GE Monogram Range. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout most of the house.

Sparkling clean linens, dishes and all housekeeping supplies are included! Just bring your clothes, a toothbrush and you're ready to start enjoying the Tiburon lifestyle!

We even provide gourmet coffee for the duration of your stay - just let us know your preference and we'll stock it! (from a wide selection of Keurig single cup options). You'll also find a fully stocked spice cabinet so that cooking up your favorite gourmet meals is a breeze and doesn't require investing in staples.

You will be walking distance or a quick zip on the provided bicycles (2 miles) to downtown Tiburon where you can enjoy dining at fabulous restaurants like Sam's Anchor Cafe, Guaymas, The Caprice, Don Antonio's Trattoria, Servino, Waypoint Pizza, Tiburon Grill, The Boathouse, Cafe Acri and More! You could stay for a month and never have to cook!

The home is close to the Corinthian and San Francisco Yacht Clubs - if you are a member at your local yacht club you probably have reciprocal privileges at one of these world class sailing destinations! Enjoy the America's Cup 2012 & 2013 sailing festivities from the deck of one of these fabulous yacht clubs (club membership or reciprocal privileges are required and are not included in the rental).

Easy access to the south of the knoll children's playground, Blackie's Pasture & the breathtakingly beautiful Tiburon Multiuse - Bikepath. You can walk, ride, stroll, skateboard, scooter or run along the bikpath from the home to downtown Tiburon and then hop on the ferry to SF!

History & Town Information:

Named from the Spanish Punta de Tiburon (Shark Point), this historic railroad town is reminiscent of a quaint New England fishing village. Located just north of the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge in sunny Marin County, it's a short 18-mile trip by car or a delightful six miles across the San Francisco Bay on the Blue & Gold Ferry. From here it's a short ferry ride to Angel Island State Park aboard the Angel Island Tiburon Ferry where you can tour the newly re-opened Angel Island Immigration Station.

  We were two families - four adults and four children between the ages of 3 and 9 - vacationing together for the first time. This house was beyond our wildest expectations for a variety of reasons:
  
  1 - highly responsive, gracious and service-oriented owner; worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed ahead of time; super-organized and thoughtful; leveraged technology to make booking the property, making a secure deposit, providing information, etc. very easy; exceptionally good to work with
  
  2 - exceedingly kid friendly house; bunk and trundle beds, lots of toys, games, books, WII, Xbox, movies, etc.; very clean, well kept, well planned home
  
  3 - beautiful view, amazing home, great amenities and appliances and accessories, super-electronically enabled, lots of cool gadgets that made staying there fun, great hot tub for the cool weather, easy access to the house and shopping/grocery/etc., lots of parking, perfect for the 8 of us
  
  4 - many small things that made the stay extra nice/easy - all kinds of supplies and toiletries and paper products and coffee and spices, etc.; lots of empty drawers and closets; no onerous cleaning/laundry requirements; no fuss about returning deposit
  
  I have nothing but compliments for the owners and the house! It was a great stay and I highly recommend it to others. Unless I book it first. :)

  wonderful stay at Tiburon rental home

  My family stayed at this home in 2010 (sorry for the delayed review!)- my wife and I with our twin boys (11 months old). The house is situated very close to downtown Tiburon with gorgeous views of the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and upscale. Cannot say enough good things about this house. The home itself is beautiful: ranch-style home that was stunning while being very comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the home and we had zero complaints or issues. We hope to stay there again in the future and would recommend it to anyone interested staying in a modern, spacious house in one of the finest towns in the Bay area.

  We stayed here with our family during a trip to San Francisco and Napa. This home has all the amenities you could ask for on vacation, plus all the comforts of home. The home has a beautiful, spacious layout and spectacular water views. It has great proximity to town and the waterfront. Traveling with young children can be difficult and the owners were wonderful in accomodating all of our needs. We never wanted to leave! We highly recommend this rental!

  What a beautiful house! I was traveling out West with family and friends and we stayed at the house for a few days. Amazing! A great location overlooking the bay in Tiburon. You are close to downtown Tiburon and Blackie's Pasture. The house is well appointed, with all the conveniences you could ask for. Top it all of with warm and friendly owners and this is a 5 star rental. We look forward to staying there again in the future!
