This self contained wing is located in the Cheshire village of Tilston and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Stable Cottage is a wing of a 19th century coach house in the Cheshire village of Tilston, just 3 miles from Malpas. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also included in the accommodation are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a small front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With walks along the river and the historic city of Chester just a short drive away, Stable Cotta...ge is a beautiful cottage in a fascinating part of the country.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, library of books and games. Upright Piano. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bicycle storage available on request. Small front patio with chairs and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Bus stop for Chester over the road. Note: Cottage opens onto the road, so is unsuitable for children under 8.

Town: The village of Tilston is situated on the river Dee, between the city of Chester and the town of Whitchurch. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  nice farm house with warm and friendly hostess. nearby playground, newsagents/shop, and bus stops. needs car user if planning to explore nearby Wales but Chester can be reached by bus that goes past nearby. poor phone/mobile internet network
