A spacious five-bedroom house arranged in 3 floors with a swimming pool, outdoor shower facilities, 2 barbeques,a basketball/badminton court and a very large garden . The kitchen/dining room, living room and all bedrooms have stunning views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. 3 bedrooms are en-suite and 3 have their own private balconies. Overall 4 bathrooms and one W.C. The lower ground floor has an additional kitchen and a T.V. room.

Being in Greece, you are guaranteed sunshine and a warm weather from May until October. However, the house is by the beach so the sea breeze will prevent you from getting too hot!

I still remember our vacations in Tinos island last Easter. The house, apart from its amazing view to aegean Sea was very confortable for all the 5 of us. Its kid had a seperate bedroom with a double size bed.
The location of the house is also a plus since it is very close to the sea. I would certainly recommend this luxury house to everyone who would like to spend his vacations in Greece. -

Simply amazing! It is one of my top 3 destinations worldwide. I have been travelling a lot in Europe, America and asia and this is something different!
The house view is wonderful -deep blue aegean sea and islands-. The house itself is very nice in a quiet area and less than 5 min drive from the centre and port! Excellent choise for families or a big group of friends.
The beach is just a 5 min walk from the house, many pathways and villages to explore in the island, unique restaurants with exquisite cousine, vivid nightlife in the summer, what else would you ask for?
Each day was a great experience!
Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and we have already blocked our diary for summer 2014! -

Tinos is a great place to stay way from the more touristic islands such as Mykonos - only half an hour away by ferry. we were met at the port and escorted to the house and shown around. the house is great for 4 couples - 2 of the double bedrooms having the advantage of ensuite and balconies over the others. the views are spectacular and the sunsets amazing. the island is fascinating with little villages and fabulous little tavernas and wonderful secluded beaches. the food is delicious wherever you go and the people are very generous and friendly. we went out of season so there were no crowds anywhere - it was perfect.

This was by far my best holiday in the Greek islands. I have been to quite a few places, but Tinos is so beautiful and combines nice beaches, lovely villages, sites of interest, great food and nightlife! But what made this holiday amazing was this fantastic house with absolutely stunning views of the sea. Just a couple of Km drive from the port and you are already outside the buzz of the main town, enjoying the quiet and relaxing environment of the villa. The place is spacious and big enough for 8-10 people. Very clean, all comforts that one would ask, lots of outside space for breakfast/dinner, and a perfect swimming pool! The owners may be around staying at a near villa, but they are very discreet and helpful. You will need a car to access the house and explore the island. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to escape and relax in style.

This place is a gem, greatly decorated, spacious, good location (although you'll need a car to explore the island), amazing views and the owners/hosts are the nicest people on earth with tons of good tips on where to go and what to do.I would definitely recommend this for smaller and larger groups.

The island of Tinos is beautiful, every changing terrain, lots of unique villages and beaches with spectacular water. We were greeted in the port by wonderful Oksana, quick trip to the house. Only draw back the steep road up to the house. The house was exactly as pictured - bright and spacious for the 8 people. Any issues were dealt with asap. The pool and view never gets old. You will need a car. Be aware there is fair amount of wind and in July is it up a lot. Easy to get on boats to other islands. We spent a long day on Mykonos and Syros. Easy to get groceries in the port, easy to rent a car (Jason's rental). Plenty to do on Tinos, we were 4 adults and 4 teenagers - they loved it and didn't get bored. This is an amazing slice of Greece. People were open and friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat. The owners of the house were great, communicated well and ensured we had the best experience.

Service very good and helpful. The house has room for 8,the downstairs a little hot in summer.Verandaes opening out to beautiful view.Lovely swimming pool.
Location good, but very steep up from main road.
House had most things, like living in your own home (nearly!!)
What I liked least was the steep road up to house b
ut then I am 75!!
Tinos is a lovely island, you need a car. The white villages are a must, people kind and helpful. Good food if you don't expect Michelin stars!
Good meat from the local butcher in Tinos town.
Will always remember Misa the donkey next door. -

My family and I rented this house on Tinos for a week this past summer. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious (we were six adults, and there would have been plenty of room for another four adults). The photos do not begin to demonstrate the beauty of the location. You will love waking up with this view! You can walk to the center of town (about a 15-20 minute walk) and to a wonderful swimming cove (7-10 minute walk). I would certainly rent this villa again and highly recommend the property to others.

? have visited Mr.Grammatopoulos's house already twice, in 2010 and 2011, for 6 days each time.
Both times I didn't feel like leaving the house's area.
It is placed on a hill, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The view to the sea and the mountains is breathtaking.
?he house is big, clean, stylish and comfortable, decorated in white colours.
It offered all the facilities my family needed. The kids loved the private pool and the big garden,
we enjoyed the barbeque and the sunsets on the nights we stayed in, and I was pleased with the relaxing luxury of the accommodation.
Tinos island is realy nice and there was so much to do around the island.

Our stay at this lovely house was the highlight of our month in Greece. It was the perfect setting for my husband and I to regroup with our adult children and their partners. It allowed us the proper space and setting to truly unwind from a very hectic year.
The location of the house was excellent! We walked daily to our choice of beach (sand or pebble), to the town, to ancient ruins, or to various tavernas. It was also great to have the splendid pool at home to either start the day, end the day, or both; again allowing every couple to enjoy their own rhythm and needs. Competitive games of basketball were played and we also enjoyed the plentiful stock of books, board games, and wii. We never made it to take the kayak out to the water because we were having too much fun with all the rest. Our days and nights were full of fun and relaxation.
The house itself was top notch; a wonderful modern mediterranean design with clean lines and quality decor. It is not the "formulaic" modern or forced Greek-style found at many other places. Another great asset was the housekeeper, Oksana. She was there always ready to help in any way (with shopping, laundry, simply anything and everything!) and offered fantastic suggestions regarding places to eat and to visit, as well as activities around town. She kept the place in tip-top shape and we were never lacking anything.
We also ended up renting a six-person car for one day and did a tour of the island, visiting many of the sites that were recommended. Every area was incredibly unique in its topography, the food and drink delicious and the people most gracious.
All in all, I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is in want of a truly unique and relaxing holiday in Greece; off the beaten tourist track and yet easily accessible from athens. There are plenty of places to explore around the island or you can just sit back and relax, enjoying all the beauty at your doorstep.

We had a great holiday in Tinos. The island of Tinos is my favourite! Endless sandy beaches, beautiful villages high up in the mountains, authentic greek food and plenty of culture and history to see. The house had the most breath-taking views of the sea; you would wake up and and just enjoy at the sea view whilst still lying down on your bed! The house was in a very quiet and secluded area, yet so close to the sea and the port. It was a most comfortable stay!
