A wonderful location for a short break or holiday. The cottage was equiped with everything we needed and it was beautifully decorated and furnished, very cosy and comfortable.
Just a short stroll to the village with excellent places to eat, shops walks and of course the castle.
Thank you Sandie for your kind hospitality -

It was a last minute booking , we had to find somewhere, I wanted to be near the town and the amenities. We had two little ones and the family members - it was ideal.
The price was right and in this situation we were able to use the house on the day of departure which was very helpful. It was a great advantage dealing directly with Sandie for any questions and help.
And the weather that week was wonderful.
What more could we ask. -

We had a fantastic stay at Glen Tor Cottage. The cottage is an absolute credit to Sandie and Nigel, very clean, spacious and comfortable. They catered for every need and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the weather was awful while we were there, but this didn't stop us having a very comfortable stay. Tintagel was only a very short walk away and cliff top walks were very pleasent although very windy due to the weather. Would recommend this cottage to anyone and hope to return again soon. A warm reception met with guided tour at this well decorated beautiful cottage. Far outmet our expectations.
Situated near the wonderful Tintagel castle and town, but away enough not to feel the tourists.
Throughly enjoyed the cliff walks and history about, with good distances to other interest areas.
we have been recommending to all freinds as ideal place to stay, and so reasonable for the quality
will definately be returning to stay again

Left on 08/20/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We received a warm welcome from Sandie and were delighted with the beautiful Glen Tor Cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and provided more than you would expect in standard holiday accomodation with lovely extra touches such as luxurious bubble bath for the fabulous roll top bath! The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. The cottage is tastefully decorated and has lots of character - the website photographs do not do it justice! Our young children loved the safe and sunny garden and slept well in their twin bedroom. The cottage is in a fantastic location with a wide range of amenities - we loved walking the coastal path, strolling around the village, the great family pubs and also the local playground. A variety of good beaches are an easy drive away (although it's worth checking the tide times). We were lucky to have good weather during our stay and had a very relaxing holiday in this fantastic cottage. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning!

Good size accommodation with everything you need and only 5 minutes walk from the village centre. Also a great place to join the coastal path.
All rooms are large, well furnished and spotlessly clean.
I stay in a lot of holiday cottages (5 this year alone) and this ranks amongst the best. -

We absolutely loved staying at the Tintagel Cottage. We used it as a base for Cornwall for a week and went everywhere. It was a pleasure to arrive "home" every night as we had all the comforts of home! Great spot, cottage has a lot of atmosphere as well as every amenity.

Left on 06/01/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Lovely cottage well situated for exploring the area - it's just a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants the ice-cream shop is highly recommended with numerous flavours to choose from and the pasty shop further on down the street is a must.
The cottage is pleasantly decorated throughout with decent sized rooms including two bathrooms and convenient off road parking. The mobile phone reception is poor for certain networks and the back door leading into the kitchen is usually used instead of the door to the front of the property. -

Lovely cottage with views over open countryside. Comfortable and cosy, with excellent facilities. Though out-of-season, a thoroughly enjoyable break, using the coastal path to walk to Boscastle and Trebarwith Strand. Excellent food at the Port William at the latter location.

Left on 02/28/2011 for a stay in July 2010
We spent a week at Glen Tor, Tingagel with a toddler and a 3 month old baby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you would need. It has two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other a gorgeous bath.
It is in a great location from which to explore Cornwall and is walking distance to Tingagel (castle, pubs, small supermaket, butchers, take-away) and across the road from costal paths. Fantastic beaches are just a short drive away.
On the slightly negative side, there is not a huge garden (at front of property) but it is secure as the cottage is situated on the main road into Tingagel.
Will definitely return! -

When we rented by Sandy Rundle i september 2010, we were very much taken by the clean elegant interior.
Ther even were fresh flowers to welcome us.
The kitchen was large and wwell equiped but we did miss a coffee machine. Unfortunately,we did have some drainage problems with the bad and shower. This would be solved during the week after our stay.
We trouroughly enjoyed our stay in Glen Tor Cottage and its excelent location, near the center and a nice walking trail in front.
We have booked it again for our holiday this year !
