Beach house on the southern side of Rarotonga at Kauare Beach located just meters away from the water

This two bedroom house features an open plan kitchen and living areas. The main bedroom and living areas open out onto a covered deck where you can curl up on the comfortable lounges and take in the wonderful views of the lagoon. The kitchen features a cook-top stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. Behind back decking there is a washing machine and laundry tub. The covered deck complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ makes this the ideal spot for entertaining, dining or just enjoying the sunset. You'll never want to go indoors!

There are fans and security screens for your comfort and WIFI available on site to ensure you are always connected while on the go! All you need is a prepaid WIFI data from various outlets around the Island

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Henry (the owner) a message.

If Henry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
