Three Superior self Catering Villas, located on the Beach in Tititkaveka, South Side of the Island. Each Villa can sleep up to 5 people, Villa's is well equipped with Kitchen, large fridge freezer, TV-DVD, Phone, and Laundry.
Villa is serviced once a week.

We are located 70meters from the Main Road in Titikaveka, in an area called Kauare, you can't miss us, and we a Road Sign on the Main Road. We about half around the Island, and approximately 15 minutes from the Airport, and 20 minutes from Town.
Located nearby is a a shop and two Restaurants and a Fruit and Veggie Shop, all within walking Distance. The bus stops on the main road outside the Villa, the Villa is 70 meters from the main road.

we found this beautifully appointed Villa on our favourite beach in Rarotonga, Titikaveka!
May & Don have thought of everything you might want to use in a home away from home & lovingly maintain their Villas themselves! And the serenity, beauty & privacy at this most perfect little spot on Titikaveka is so amazing that I almost shouldn't brag about it & keep it my families secret! You're welcome! -

We stayed at White Sands Villas for 10 nights and that amount of time gave us the opportunity to know the island and other places to stay.
White Sands was faultless The amenities fantastic right down to the Melon spoon to scrape out Paw Paw seeds.
Comfortable, clean and Best view possible, snorkelling was better than in the marine reserve.
The Villa had reef shoes toys for children (if required) books, games, Kayaks and definitely a place to want to holiday at.
Thanks so much to Don for the use of your Villa, if we came back to Rarotonga we would definitely stay there!! -

Our family just returned from a weeks stay on Raratonga and were extremely happy we chose White Sands for our accommodation. The location was perfect. It's on a beautiful beach with snorkeling and swimming and in a very quiet area. The villa was perfect for the four of us and was well stocked and very clean. Don was very nice to offer to stock some provisions before our arrival as our stay began during the New Year's Holidays. On calm mornings I could stand on the porch and watch the fish in the crystal lagoon. It was a perfect island holiday away from the usual hotel crowds and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in Tanaka villa had everything we needed and loved the beach being so close to the villa my daughter hardly left the water and made friends with the dogs that were very friendly.The villa is exactly like the photos show and the villa was clean both inside and outside The cleaning staff efficient and friendly and greeted us with lovely smiles, could not fault the whole place.We all enjoyed our holiday immensely in this paradise that Don and May have a little piece of, thank you...

We can't speak highly enough of this property. If anything, the website undersells its location and the quality of the villas. While not luxurious, the villas come with everything you could want on your holiday and more- and the fruit basket on arrival is a nice touch.
But the location is the stand-out feature. It is absolute beachfront in every sense, to the extent that we had to shut every door and window at night to sleep as the waves were breaking (gently) within a couple of metres of the balcony and the roar from the reef was constant, in a good way. We spent the entire time on the beach or our balcony, 3 meals a day, assisted by the BBQ.
We will be back, next year we hope. -

We stayed in Whitesands for four nights on our australian-Southern Pacific journey, and we could not have been more pleased. The villa was spacious and practical, and was set on a gorgeous stretch of beach. And underneath the surface of the lagoon, Titikaveka beach offers some quite extraordinary snorkelling in crystal clear water.
Our hosts were very helpful and nice, and the only small drawback we experienced was that the only useful grocery store was some stretch away. And that only makes sense - paradise is a gorgeous beach and a fine bungalow, not a grocery store; and at any rate, Don, the host, drove us to the grocery and back!
If you are contemplating visiting Rarotonga, this is the perfect spot to stay! -

I stay here every trip to the island, could not imagine staying anywhere else. My wife and I love how quiet and serene it is here, like having our own personal paradise. Don and May are very friendly and attentive and the place is very well kept. We are always treated very well here. Excellent value and definitely worth visiting.
