This nice vacation apartment near Tittmoning (Bavaria) accommodates 2-4 guests. It is on the ground and second floor of the second building and features two bedrooms, a li...ving room with satellite TV, couch and a large dining corner, as well as a comfortable kitchenette.

The modern kitchen(ette) is equipped with fridge, baking oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwashing machine. The bathroom offers toilet, shower, and a hair dryer. The large covered terrace (15 sq.m) is a great place for having breakfast.

Pricing:

Breakfast EUR 7 for adults per day, EUR 4.50 for children from 3 years old. Children under 3, free. Stays of less than three nights incur an additional charge of EUR 35.

Furnishings:

The lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartments and our vacation cottage, all with covered terrace or balcony, have been awarded three to four stars by the German Tourism Association DTV. They leave nothing to be desired.

All apartments are furnished with satellite TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, hair dryer, dishwashing machine. Bed sheets and towels as well as final cleaning are included.

The family-friendly organic farm is in Ollerding, a sunny and quiet locality which is part of the the spectacular Chiemsee region. It is 5 km southwest of Tittmoning on the Salzach River (at the border with Austria), 18 km south of Burghausen, and 28 km northeast of Traunstein in the Chiemgau.

The Huberhof:
The Huberhof farm is a 47 hectare enterprise with agriculture, fruit trees, cows, calves, and pigs, all managed according to organic criteria, as well as 25 hectares of forest.
The farmstead includes:
* a water treatment plant actually consisting of plants
* wood chip heating
* a water wheel for producing electricity
* solar water heating, hay and crop drying
* a photovoltaic system
We are members of the initiative “Lernort Bauernhof” in Bavaria, through which children can learn on-farm where their milk and foods come from. As such, our visitors can learn a lot, with nature and farm nature, and experience the animals and the work on an organic farm first-hand.
Not only that, but it is also possible to camp on the farm, and there are many other options: a gigantic sandbox with climbing towers, slide, swing; a straw play castle; swimming pool, garden, open bonfire area, stone oven for baking pizza or bread, sailboat to go sailing on Waginger See lake (only with permit), a small wellness area, as well as WiFi internet access, many sights and excursion possibilities in the surroundings, hiking and biking trails…
How to Get Here:
Take A8 towards Salzburg to exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf, then go Traunstein – Waging, towards Tittmoning – Kay, old sports fields (Alter Sportplatz) – Ollerding 2.
Or:
Munich – Wasserburg – Altenmarkt – Trostberg towards Tittmoning – Tyrlaching – at the mountain, about 3 km in, right – Ollerding.
Coming by train, it is best to go to Tittmoning-Wiesmühl train station, then get a rental bike from Additive Bikes or a rental car from Autohaus Jäger, Tittmoning.
