Imagine waking up surrounded by tropical greenery, birds merrily chirping, and sunshine peeking through the trees. The warm day stretches out in front of you with dozens of options for play and relaxation.

Sipping your morning brew on the screen porch you think to yourself, hmmm, what to do today? Take a quick jaunt over to Disney, Epcot, MGM or Sea World for a day of rides, entertainment and splashy fun? Jump on the causeway and hit up Ron Jon’s on Cocoa Beach for a few souvenirs? Soar over to Kennedy Space Center for a tour? Pack up the clubs and head out for a day on the links? Zip over to the fish camp for an airboat ride? Gather up goodies for a picnic at one of Trip Advisor's top 25 U.S. beaches; Canaveral National Sea Shore? Cruise out to Port Canaveral for a day of gaming on the high seas? Getting around

There is a bus system in the area but it isn't convenient for sightseeing, shopping, beaches etc. There are taxis and limited Uber service. A private vehicle is recommended.

Interaction with guest

A temporary code of the last 4 digits of the guest’s phone number will be set for the electronic door lock. I'll include a list of area attractions, groceries, restaurants etc. in a private email after your final payment is made along with the wifi code, house rules and instructions. I'm usually just a phone call away as is my caretaker who's number you will get in the email.

House rules

This is a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Golf and restaurant at country club are open to the public. The country club pool and hot tub are for members only. The Haciendas complex has it's own pool and grill on property. Pool hours are daylight only. No loud parties are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?
