Cottage Profile Pristine perrennial gardens and private water front views are what await you at this 1200 square foot cottage located at Hay Bay in Tobermory. The cottage is at the end of a dead end road to give you optimal peace and quiet while you enjoy this newly constructed cottage. On approach to the driveway you'll notice the beautiful gardens which can be viewed in full by following the intricate stone pathways that circle the cottage's lakeside yard. At the front of the cottage you'll see a covered porch, with a patio table and chairs as well as the propane barbeque. Sit in the shade here enjoying a delicious summer barbeque meal, aft...er spending some time sitting in the sun on the uncovered part of the deck just at the side of the cottage. There you can enjoy the Muskoka chairs and take in the view of the aquamarine water and the peaceful shoreline. There is also another lakeside patio, this one stone, where you can set your chairs up and have another view of the water while enjoying the seclusion. Inside the cottage you will find a cathedral ceiling, vibrant colours, and also hardwood floors throughout. Excellent lighting and plenty of windows make the space bright and welcoming, and the living room is completely surrounded by large windows and the patio doors, so plenty of natural light can come in. Two leather couches and an LCD television adourn the living room, which shares the space with the dining table and the open concept kitchen. In the kitchen there are stainless steel appliances available for your use so that you have all the comforts of home, like a fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher too. Prepare a meal on the marble countertops and eat at the breakfast island while you plan your adventures for the day. This cottage has two bedrooms and two 3-piece bathrooms with showers. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and a television with satellite mounted on the wall. A second bedroom offers two twin beds for the kids, or they can be pushed together to make another king size bed. A washer and dryer are available for your use to maximize convenience, as well as wireless internet access. Should you wish to venture off the property, the village of Tobermory is only 4 km away. There you can enjoy the local shops, depart on a ferry ride or set off on a hike at the Bruce Peninsula National Park. This area provides many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors by boat, bike and foot so you'll never be bored or without options! Please note that while this cottage is on a secluded point of land, there is one other property. Please respect the other owner's privacy and property during your stay at the cottage.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Crosby Cottage. It was the perfect setting for our holiday with our daughters (2 and 4). The grounds are lovely and the view from the cottage and the decks is stunning. We didn't swim at the cottage but there are lots of Parks nearby where we could. The owners we're very helpful and truly accomodating! Thanks so much.
