We had a great week staying at your cottage. The interior was very nicely decorated and the setting was marvelous. The view from the deck was great - being able to see Flowerpot Island was a highlight.

We rented Haven-View the weekend of the Tobermory orchid festival. It was so nice to be 5 minutes away from the port and visitor's centre. The cottage was spotless and every room was comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the restful colour schemes and the wonderful views of the bay. Perhaps most special to us was the natural beauty of the rugged rocky shoreline and vegetation. There were Yellow Lady's Slipper orchids at the side of the cottage road! It was exciting to have a Bruce Trail entrance at the parking lot.

This cottage was an absolute amazing rental. The dock, views and swimming will be in my head for the rest of my life. (deep water may not be suitable for young kids, way to deep for my 2 year old) but if you are a good swimmer and have a snorkel set, its out of this world. The firepit is waterside, very private and calming, but again not near the cottage, so someone had to stay up in the cottage for the young ones bedtimes. Totally central location makes exploring Tobermory easy and quick. You can actually see Flowerpot island from any 3 of the awesome decks.
Interior decorated a little stuffy for our taste, but it was a good size, and we had plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 children.
Wood was supplied, by the shedload, which made fires everynite possible and awesome. End of private road, so you are totally out of the way from anyone else and its very quiet at nite.
Compared to other cottages, it was a little pricier, but having 2 couples split made it within our budget. We met the owner on the first day, and he seemed very nice and did not intrude on our visit whatsoever.
If you want a relaxing place with a little more character (elevated decks, deep water swimming, forest and trails within steps from the door) than this would be an ideal cottage for you.
I will be booking this again. -

This cottage was close to perfect; clean, well maintained, charming, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We wanted for nothing. The property is lovely with lots of privacy and wonderful views.

This cottage had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect! From the thoughtful indoor shoes in every size, to the amazing view from the master bedroom, we felt well taken care of.
The cottage seemed freshly painted, furnishings were high end, and the grounds were tidy. We love heading down the rocky path to the water, where there were chairs to lounge in, and a rocky shoreline to discover. Our 5-year old daughter loved climbing all over the rocks, dipping her toes into the water from the shore, and we all enjoyed the bonfire one night in the firepit by the shore.
The location was also perfect, being the last cottage on the road, and it was definitely convenient to have the Bruce Trail just a few feet away from the cottage driveway. The cottage was very close to Tobermory, as well as Cypress Lake Park, and beaches.
This is our 4th time coming to Tobermory with our daughter, and this is one of the best cottages we've stayed at.
