Newly constructed, three bedroom, two-bathroom home (1750 sq. ft.) located at the foot of Big Tub Harbour only a one km / fifteen minute walk from Tobermory.
The cottage is limited to 6 persons due to the septic bed.
The cottage has a large open concept living / dining area spread out across the lake side of the cottage. This room has large windows and sliding glass doors that provide a lovely panoramic view of the lake.

This is a quiet location at the foot of the harbour. The view from the deck and dock provides a vista of the whole harbour. A short 5-10 min walk to the Lighthouse on the point at the head of the harbour or the other way takes you to the quaint town of Tobermory. The kayak is for 2-3 people and makes a great way to see the other cottages in the harbour from a waterview. The neighbours are year round residents and are very family oriented. The town provides are the grocery shopping, souveniers and the local Stedmans has everything else. To get there Hwy 6 staight north or by private airplane to the local Tobermory airport. Pilots can arrange a car through us.
