Cottage Profile Large 1800 square foot, four bedroom waterfront cottage located on the shores of Hopkins Point, Lake Huron. This cottage is located on a really nice lot, in a private setting. The large lakeside deck has four Muskoka chairs and a great view of the lake. There is a grass lawn at both the front and rear of the cottage for the kids to play. A gravel path leads down to the flat limestone waterfront - this is a beautiful shoreline. Entry into the lake is shallow and on flat rocks - swim shoes are recommended. This was our first "Ladies & Babies" weekend, 5 ladies, 2 babies. The combo kitchen, eating, living area was wonderful, we all stayed connected no matter what each of us were doing. The bedrooms were huge and comfy - a must with 2 babies. Beautiful sunsets on the deck by the water, which was just far enough away from the cottage - a must with 2 babies ;-) The most thoughtful thing: the fire was laid!!

We were five adults, but found the cottage very spacious. The location is quite private, and the lakefront deck was just lovely!!
There were some water difficulties earlier on (no pressure), but the response was very fast and the problems were solved.

We had a fun week and had some great hikes. The scenery is gorgeous
and Tobermory was uncrowded and pleasant. Hopkins Bay sunsets
were beautiful from the cedar deck and kayaking was terrific. The
house was comfortable and roomy and quiet. We found some good
places to eat and shop. We loved it.
