Cottage Profile Open concept, 350 square foot private suite conveniently located just 4 km outside of Tobermory at Hay Bay on the Lake Huron shoreline. This compact unit has all the amenities necessary for your convenience and it's recent renovations make for a comfortable place to relax on your holiday and the open concept design makes the most of the space available. The remainder of the building is inhabited by the owners of the cottage. The kitchen area comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, and microwave as well as ample cupboard and counter space. Nice place, hard to find any complaints. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean with fixtures in good repair and not grungy looking. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware etc.
The perks were great; that is, the barbecue, picnic table on deck, the canoe and the hot tub (though we didn't use it) -

This is a great quiet place close to everything in the north Bruce Peninsula. The only disappointment was that the water in front of the cottage was not suitable for swimming.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very close to Tobermory but yet nice and peaceful. Cottage is very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to couples for an awesome getaway!

We truly enjoyed our experience. On our honeymoon, we arrived to find a personalized gift from the owners which really made us feel that we were valued. The cottage looked exactly as in the pictures with a beautiful view and very few, if any , bugs to contend with. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. The owners did spend some time there as well, the Sanctuary cottage is an add on to their cottage, however, they were very respectful of our privacy.

My fiance and myself rented the Sanctuary Cottage in September. Our first impression upon arrival was "what a beautiful spot" The view was wonderful! Entering the cottage it was an instant feeling of comfort. It was very clean. Not big...but very cozy. The cottage had everything that we needed. The owners were very welcoming! Our weeks stay was a very enjoyable experience and definitely we want to return again!

A wonderfully clean and accessible spot. My wife and I loved the seclusion, yet we were still close by all of the important places around Tobermory. Overall a wonderful experience.

A wonderful getaway for my fiance and I. We enjoy the quiet nights with the hottubbing. A canoe was available at the cottage but couldn't manage to stay in:-) We did rent a motor boat at Miller Lake for a small price. Nice day trip not too far from the cottage. The people around are so friendly, and learnt that you shouldn't feed the ducks. The place is immaculate and had all the kitchen accessories to make a fine meal. I would recommend for a nice romantic get-a-way.

This nice one bedroom cottage is the extension to owner's house. Clean, immaculate and well furnished. BBQ place, hot tub and short way to private pier create the really utmost feeling. We do strongly recommend this cottage for everyone, who is seeking the calm rest in a beautiful beach of Huron Lake (Tobermory area).
