Cottage Profile Lovely two bedroom, 1500 square foot home located on 70 acres of land only 1.5 km from a sand beach and the scenic Village of Tobermory. This unique property is located in a completely private setting, with 70 acres of open fields, forests lands and trails. this is a very special place - a beautiful setting - feels peaceful and set apart, yet an easy walk to the Tobermory harbour... the owners are attentive and thoughtful hosts.

The first thing we noticed was how clean and well kept both the cottage and the property was. It is very private surrounded by tree's on three sides. A very large cottage that could accomodate several people comfortably at once.
We had an opportunity to meet the owner's on a couple of occassions. They were very welcoming and always willing to suggest local activities.
Tobermory is a gorgeous place with several original shops and excellent for those who love the water. We would definitely return for another stay.

We had one amazing vacation in cottage #192.
Everything was clean, convinient and we felt like home, but away from home. The property is amazing! We loved it very much. The location is very nice too - we enjoyed walking, running, hiking...there is also a small beach nearby which we enjoyed a lot.
Highly recommended, we will keep this contact for our future vacations. The owners are terrific people , too.

service recieved was excellent as expected.
everyone liked the home, it was very clean.
the location was good... very private.
we liked everything but the deck was very nice to sit and relax (on the hamack).
this place can easely accomodate two small families.
but its not allowed by owner. Hope this can change in the future... then for sure would come again.

Nice, clean cottage. Bright windows, Huge deck, Quite area. With Jaccuzi, BBQ...Close to everywhere, Flowerpot Island, Singing sands, Little Cove, Provincial park, Gas station... Convinent for shopping. We really enjoyed the stay there and willing to come back again.

Perfect cottage, very nice owners, the cottage was thoroughly cleaned before our check in. The owners even left us some biscuits as a welcome gesture. The deck is completed (not shown in photos) with very comfortable furniture. The area is wonderful with everything within 5 minutes drive. We had fun kayaking in Cameron Lake, nice cruise with the Chicheemaun.
Will definitely return to this beautiful cottage. Many thanks for the owners for the wonderful experience.

hi,
this is my first time to live in cottage. my parents-in-law came from China this summer. they are dam execting to see the small, clean, pretty cottage. of course the view is gorgerous. one regret is the weather, it's raining a lot. we have met the owner of the cottage. he's nice man as well. i'll let my friend know Tobermory is nice place to visit. -

We stayed at this property with our mother-in-law and young child and loved it!! It had all the comforts of home yet felt like a cozy cottage. We loved being so close to the water (short drive to Singing Sands and Tobermory) as well as the Nature Centre. We would love to visit again in the future with our expanding family.

We had a terrific holiday at this location from start to finish. The location is so tranquil and only minutes from all the action. The cottage was very clean and more than comfortable enough.It was not lacking as far as conveniences go. My wife and I enjoyed the walks, the beaches, the hikes and all the other activities in Tobermory. The beach was ony minutes away by bike. The owners of the home visited us and were very helpful and friendly and were readily available if we had a problem. We have been to many places in Ontario and Tobermory is certainly one of the best. This cottage is perfect for families and is very secure if younhad to worry about youn children. If you love the outdoor activities of summer then this little paradise is not to be missed.

My friend and I spent the most wonderful week at the Anchoridge Cottage, the property and the cottage were very well maintained. The location was perfect, off the road, quiet and very relaxing.
We were amazed at how well the cottage was. We loved it, I loved it so much that I tried to get it for the following yr. But it was booked for the time that I wanted to go. I will definately return to the cottage if it is available this yr.
We were very impressed that it was so close to Tobermory, 10 mins. We walked down the road and enjoyed the scenery and wildlife. I was so relaxed I didnt want to leave. I just want to say my friend and I had a very relaxing time and she was glad that I had invited her. -

Amazing! That's all I can say. We had an absolutely perfect vacation due largely to this property. It is completely secluded, and has lots of room for the kids to run and play, even though it's only minutes from the beautiful village of Tobermory. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our party, and there was more than enough room inside as well. I would (and have) recommended this property to anyone who asks. When I found it online, I could not believe me luck.... to the point where I was a bit cautious (too good to be true, maybe). I was wrong, dead wrong. This place has everything anyone could want.
