This was a fabulous villa with all of the beauty of the old world and all of the technology and comforts of the new world - not to mention a fantastic pool! Great location, magnificent views, incredibly well furnished and great kitchen with the latest appliances.

Perched on top of a hill looking down at a valley of farm land sipping a glass of wine at sunset is like being in paradise. Lazy days poolside are some of the most relaxing days one could ever hope for. The house as well as the guest house are georgeous and perfectly maintained. While keeping many of the ancient features and adding modern day amenities, these homes are truley works of art. Once on this property you will never want to leave. If you must, the village of Todi just a few miles away is a wonderful place to visit with many shops and restaurants. Todi's surounding villages is home to a few of the worlds most famous vinyards producing some of the finest wines in the world. The people are warm and friendly. Most speak english and are eager to welcome you to their special part of the world. Although there is lots to enjoy beyond I Tre Falchi, my best days in Todi were spent right there. There is really no reason to leave the house and the property. Truley amazing!

House has breathtaking views of Umbrian countryside and medieval Todi. It combines old world charming architecture with brand new luxury amenities. Gorgeous infinity pool with cabana. Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Family friendly. Conveniently located to major tourist sights like assissi and Orvieto. Easy 1 hour drive north of Rome. Our whole family would happily visit again and again.

We stayed here for a week in the summer, and felt as if we were living in our dream house. With tasteful fixtures and an extraordinary "disappearing edge" pool, complete with everything imaginable for lounging, we would like to return year after year. We dined outside under a pergola, watching the sun set over Todi every evening. The landscape in that part of Umbria is beautiful, and Todi is ten minutes by car, a charming hill town. We explored assisi and Perugia, as well. For luxury and quiet, in a lovely part of Italy, this is the place to rent!
