We went for our first surf adventure in Mexico and found ourselves in paradise! Kathy and Gary were wonderful hosts and gave us more than we expected! They gave us local tidbits for where to go and what to do, informed us about the release of sea turtles which we got to participate in, let our daughter feed their chickens, and made us feel like family. Not only did the adults have a great time but so did our 6 year old- who didn't want to leave after eight days. I recommend driving there in the day time if its your first time to Todos- Kathy's directions were perfect, there just aren't any street signs or lights to guide you in the dark! The best beach to play at and surf with the children is Los Cerritos just down the road near Pescadero- although the short walk to the beach from Casa Todos provides for a beautiful beach walk and sunset. I also enjoyed a few sunrises and sunsets from the top of the house/porch- a nice perk! The house has two roomy bedrooms (can be twin or king beds as needed) and a nice large bathroom. And while close to downtown Todos and its many restaurants, the kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils/supplies, so visit the grocery store on your way through San Jose/Cabos San Lucas and save money by cooking your meals. And don't forget to buy 50 or so of those tiny limes- you will use them, trust me!

My husband and I agree that this is a house that we could live in permanently. Kathy was very attentive and met every request, even loaning me a sunhat. The house was spotless, comfortable and had a simple, comfortable layout. Complete kitchen, two bedrooms and large bath as well as living areas indoors and out. We were a three minute walk to the beach to watch the whales and a five minute drive into town for shopping and restaurants. Kathy also fixed us up with the locals for a day fishing trip. Very peaceful and quiet at the casa, but close to the action. We felt completely safe--the casa and property are fenced, but we wouldn't have cared. Only wish there was a swimming beach closer.

Where to start...this was the best rental experience we have ever had! The house was amazing... perfect for my husband, I and our two little girls (5 & 7 years old). We could walk to the beach, watch sunsets from the roof, comfortable bedrooms and living area to relax in after a long day of surfing and whale watching...the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We honestly did not want to leave, it was home away from home and we can't wait to go back! A heartfelt thank you to the Gasper Family for taking such good care of us!

Our stay @ Casa Todos was everything we had hoped for and more. Kathy and Gary were extremely helpful in every way possible, arranging fishing trips, getting very special instructions to a mountain potter and much more. They truly went above and beyond our every need and request and we would highly recommend anyone stay at this property. The home is comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lots of hot water for showers. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof top deck overlooking the ocean every morning. Having a car when staying in Todos Santos area is a must as you will want to explore all there is to offer.
Thank you again Gary and Kathy, we really enjoyed you, your family and a very special stay in Todos.

We enjoyed a terrific week on the beach of Todos Santos in Gary and Kathy Gasper's beach home. They were so friendly and helpful with suggestions and ideas for things to do and see - the beaches, the turtles, the shopping, the restaurants. The house was great with a great gas stove, lots of wonderful hot water for showers and dishes, a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. It is nicely decorated and very clean. Kathy brought us lots of pamphlets and information and Dvd's to watch in the evening which was really a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. We could see the sunsets from the roof and even watched the spray from pods of whales passing by from this vantage point.
The road from town is a bit bumpy but you get used to the bumps pretty quickly. We enjoyed being a bit out of the way since we were very close to the ocean. The Gaspers are terrific and we really appreciated their friendly hospitality.

Our stay at the Casa Todos Santos was even better than we had expected! Gary and Kathy, the owners, are extremely friendly, accommodating and we found them to be more than helpful on several occasions. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed in all regards. The house is located a few miles out of Todos Santos in a very quiet neighborhood, it is a very quick walk to the beach and views from the roof are wonderful especially at sunrise and sunset. The relaxing atmosphere of our stay was what made our few days really stand out.

We stayed here for eight days and found it to be just average. The owners and their extended family etc. come and go all hours of the day & night in their "quads" & trucks. They live right on the same small property and their parking area is right by the casita. The location is very close to the ocean which is great. However the close proximity to the owners busy lives often felt less than peaceful and private for us. In addition, the whole place is for sale (both the casita as well as the owners home & lot). There was a real estate showing of the casita while we were there which we agreed to but did not really appreciate the intrusion. We did not feel any sort of hospitality or warmth from the owners whatsoever. This was a less than satisfying place to stay all in all.

Casa Todos Santos is the perfect spot for a small group of people to get away and find true R & R. Kathy and Gary are friendly, helpful and thoughtful hosts. They were available whenever we had a question with great information, maps and suggestions.
The house is beautiful, clean, updated and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We made sure to utilize the excellent kitchen to it's fullest potential. The rooftop seating area is perfect for sunsets and sunrises, yoga, private sunbathing and eating breakfast or dinner. My favorite part was hearing the waves crashing each night as I went to sleep. We would stay here again! -

Im a simple girl with simple taste, but that doesnt mean I dont have very elite taste when it comes to where and how I choose to relax. The house was beautifully done. Everything from the decor, to the amenities to the cleanliness. The location was ideal and the view was like none other. The beaches are very close and the whales were breeching while we were there so that made it extra special. If youre looking for an affordable but quality vacation then this is the vacation home for you! I cannot wait to go back. My only complaint is that the trip was not long enough. :)

Let me start this review by saying my 5star rating pertains to Bang for the buck. In this reguard it was a 5star deal. As photos show this is a stand alone 2 bedroom house that is part of a larger compond with Gary and Kathy's main house. The location is dirctly behind **********, a rather popular B&B. Also one block to a wide clean beach with rather large waves. Maybe not the best place for children to swim as the beach drops off rather steeply and seems to create an undertow.
Location is about 1/2 mile from town on a rough dirt road. Do not attempt to arrive at night. TOUGH ENOUGH IN THE DAYTIME. The house itself in very nice. Very large bedrooms,with fans, large fully equipped kitchen area. Large 2 door refrig, microwave, fully stocked kitchen. T.V., DVD, dish reception, internet, very enjoyable. Top deck is very nice. Sunsets with oceanview and nice breeze.
Hosts could not be nicer! They loaned us beach chairs, cooler,BBQ. Gave us fresh limes. Very clean with ample linens, bathroom 2basin, large shower and huge towels. Gate to compond closed at night. Seems very quiet and safe. We left doors unlocked. Local fish market, cooked quite a bit in the casa. Ck road to Cabo. Heavy const for most of 2012. DO NOT DRIVE THIS AT NIGHT. Lapaz-Cabo 4 lane finished. One hour drive. We would rent again.

My dad and I went down and had an awesome time!! The condo is sick!!! Very modern, clean and welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. I thought it was much more nice than the photos. Quick walk to an empty huge beach right out front. Awesome sunset views from the roof that has a dining table. Gary and Kathy are super nice and very informative of activities and local knowledge. Felt very safe and taken card of. I will definately go back in the future if there is vacancy!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

The house is very comfortable, clean and it has everything you would need. It's like you're at home, not missing anything. The two minute walk to the beach is great and you can wake up to the sound of the waves every morning; you're that close. The view from the terrace is very nice and at night we could see the Milky way. Had drinks up there every night enjoying the breeze and the moonlight. This is the second time we've been there and we are planning to come back in the future.

I love Todos Santos. I live in a beach community that is congested with people so my husband and I love escaping to the beaches of Baja Sur. The Gasper's home is where we love to stay when visiting Todos. The home is in a private gated lot walking steps from the water. It is brand new and has a beutiful rough top deck where my husband and I love to take in some sun while enjoying the view's and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The inside of the home comes fully furnished and has a great kitchen and spacious living room and bedroom. The outside bedroom is great for either children or a young couple. I can't wait to get back there for our yearly trip. If you are looking for a quiet and private place to relax that is off the beaten path, this is the place to stay. I can't wait to get back there for our annual trip to Todos.
