We are located on San Sebastian Beach in Todos Santos. Casa Cathy is 4300 sq ft of beachfront Villa. Accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 suites/5.5 baths. Two master suites -(one on main floor and one on second floor) with king beds and spa tubs in magnificently huge baths. 2 Queen Suites and one Twin/King suite. Chef's kitchen with breakfast nook and spacious living area for entertaining. 3 Plasma TV, and DVD'S
Two Decks for Viewing the Blue water and White sandy beaches. Private pool heated lap pool.Private gated court yard. Watch the whales from the house November through April. Downtown is 5 minute drive.

We are located on the beach 2 miles from downtown Todos Santos. You can be as busy as you want to be or relax at the house by the private pool. Massage therapists are available for in home services. Also, we have the best chefs to cook private meals daily or for for a special occasion. The whales a numerous from November through April. The beach is wonderful with very few people. Oh the stars at night!!! We are TRULY beachfront. Famous Cerritos beach about 5 miles South of Todos Santos, rent boogie boards,surf boards,four wheelers,horseback riding,air flying and many tours available from Waterfalls to the Mountain Pottery's.Backpacking,Cave tours on the Ponga boats,Sea Lions,swim with the Whale Sharks,Pirvate Islands tours,snorkling,diving ,Turtle Hatching, ect ect

Rental fees
- Additional guests/suites - $75 / day - Other - RATES QUOTED ABOVE ARE FOR 3 SUITES/6 GUESTS. ADDITIONAL guests pay $75 per suite over the 3 suites/6 guests, except June 15 - October 15 $50 per suite. Maximum of 5 suites/10 guests. 14% IVA & Service.

One Suite Only: We will adjust the rate if we only have a one suite/2 guest rental (Holidays excluded: Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving). This has to be arranged and price quoted with the property manager.
July 16 to October 15 we charge $150 for 1 suite/2 guests; $50 each additional suite.
We only rent to one client at a time so if only 1 or 2 suites are rented we lock off the other suites and the villa is yours to enjoy.
14% tax applies to all rentals.
50% down upon booking; balance due 90 days prior to arrival except Christmas & New Years 120 days prior.
SECURITY DEPOSIT $1000 due 30 days prior to arrival if PayPal. 90/120 if by check.

SeattleIf Todos Santos Is Your Destination, This Is the Place to Stay

This one's a gem, and we should know since we very gladly came to it after a bad experience in a nearby rental where security (and fumigation) wasn't a premium. This villa is right on the beach nestled among the dunes, with no other properties to left or right, the sand and sea stretching for miles in either direction. Its spacious suites and optional air conditioning provide a luxurious retreat from some of the more challenging aspects of a gringo's stay in a Mexican town somewhat off the beaten path (viz., Cabo). The smallish but totally adequate pool is a great option for those days when the drive to Los Cerritos or any of the swimmable areas on the Pacific coast is just too far to go. It's the kind of place that allows you to take Baja on your terms, which--given what you get--can prove to be exceedingly affordable.
And equally important, Julie, the property manager, will make you feel welcome and respond promptly to any need you should have in the course of your stay. Her help, responsiveness, and flexibility we very much appreciated.
Oh, and this place is on the beach. Did I mention that?

Wow! Our family had the best vacation at this beautiful house in Todos Santos. This house has everything, a full kitchen, a pool, views of the ocean, and plenty of room for our big family. We can't wait to go back soon!

This place was perfect - watched the whales during the day and the stars at night. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. Very quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

The accomodations exceeded expectations. Everything from the initial arrangements & throughout our stay was topnotch, customer service was excellent, including the above and beyond efforts of Julie the property manager to ensure our stay was great (providing a professional, friendly, wealth of local knowledge and assistance). Casa Cathy is perfect for couples/groups the two master bedrooms on the 1st & 2nd floors are huge. Lots of room in the dining, living & kitchen and the house is well equipped with everything you could need or want. The ocean view is wonderful, the beach outfront stretches for miles. We enjoyed barbecuing, hanging out in the heated pool, relaxing on the patio in the evening, and whale watching!!! We saw several gray whales. (Hard to leave the villa but so much to do all around between great restaurants, numerous art galleries, beaches, etc.) The house is very private yet close to Todos (2 kms)a quaint village with great restaurants & galleries (at least 15). Situated between La Paz and Cabos provides so many options; although you don't need to leave your own paradise as everything you need is close by; markets, nearby restaurants such as Esquina's (market every Wed. am),Hotel California, Todos Santos Cafe (for breakfast), rooftop Restaurante Guagycura- for a lovely view,Shut up Frank's for great fish & chips, and Carlito's in Pescadaro (fabulous food),Flora Farms in San Jose del Cabo is worth the trip. Lots to do & see nearby, so much so that we have to return to enjoy more. My husband and I and brother-in-law & sister-in-law visited & highly recommend this rental property for a worry free, relaxing vacation in paradise. It provides the option of just relaxing & enjoying the exquisite accomodations and surrounding views, or there is plenty of sites & activities, (from swimming with sea lions, shopping, art galleries, surfing, and great dining experiences).
