This spacious suite is great accommodation for 2 to 4 persons. Vaulted cedar ceilings, skylights and a full size balcony with sunset views and the sound of the ocean are just some of things that make this unit quite exceptional. Its clean urban design, with westcoast accents, makes for a great place to come back to after an adventurous day in the Pacific Rim.

I've been coming to Tofino for years but I've finally found the perfect place. Having a dog, I always find it hard to find a nice, affordable place, especially one close to the beach. My partner and I stayed here for five days in early april with our dog and it was magical to be able to roll out of bed, make some coffee, and walk to the beach in a minute. My dog played with others on the beach and we enjoyed the sunny, cool, uncrowded mornings. We could then surf and rinse off in the outdoor shower and even had a backyard fire one night. Since the Sombrio Suite is a self-contained unit, we ended up spending most nights in cooking, or getting take-out. Only slight drawback is that the internet connection was sometimes slow, but apparently that is a Tofino-wide issue and unplugging perhaps lends to the charm. Plus there is a funky little video store within a 15 minute walk - where else would you find a video store these days? It was a great space and a great vacation. I'm hoping to come back again soon. My wife and two kids stayed in the Sombrio Suite at WCa for 4 nights and 5 days at the end of June beginning of July. We had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the place. It was excellent! The suite was clean and tidy and well outfitted for our family. Glen was super accommodating and had a wealth of information about the local area. The convenient location to all the local beach and the suites close proximity to town was also a huge bonus. Wonderful to have Chesterman Beach right across the street! Wca is pet friendly...which allowed our family dog to join in our adventures. Looking forward to our next stay!
