Description from the owner
If you are looking for a large, home-like accomodation in Tokyo, my apartment is just what you are looking for! My apartment is 110 square meters(1134 square feet), with a large living/dining room, 2 bedrooms(master and sub), an attic which can sleep up to 3. It is a straight 8~10 minute walk to the nearest Tube Station (Toyosu, on the Yurakucho Line) and the tube will get you into Ginza, the heart of Tokyo, within 7 minutes.
There is a gigantic Costco-like grocery store/shopping center right beneath, as well as restaurants, shopping malls, home depot stores nearby.
I have a cat, but you will not have you take care of the cat, s...Read more

Additional Location Information
My apartment is located 8 minutes walking distance from Toyosu Station, on the Yurakucho Line. From Toyosu, Ginza is just 8 minutes away, and central Tokyo attractions like Shibuya, Roppongi, Ttsukiji, Asakusa, Marunouchi, Harajuku etc.... are all within 30 minutes distance.
I love my apartment because it is spacy(rare for Japanese standards), clean, homey and located in a 'local' residence. There is one of Tokyo's largest 24 hour open grocery store right beneath my apartment so if you like to cook in between your days out sightseeing or doing things, this is the perfect place to be. Not to forget the closeness to everything in Tokyo!
The easiest way to get to my apartment from Narita International Airport is to take the Narita Express train to Tokyo Station, then take the taxi. It will take about 10 minutes.
From Haneda International Airport, take the Airport Express to Hamamatsucho (Daimon) and take a taxi. It will take about 10 minutes.
I have another apartment in Roppongi and that is why I can rent this apartment to you. I look forward to meeting you and make your holiday a very memorable, comfy, relaxing one!
With warm regards, N.T.

580526Fantastic apartment in great location
Left on 01/21/2012 for a stay in November 2011
We stayed in this apartment in November 2011, with our two children. Right from the time of enquiry, Naoko was so helpful in providing lots of information regarding the apartment, how to get there and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious, plenty of room for the four of us and there would be lots more room for additional people if you are travelling with a bigger family. The location was brilliant for us - just a short walk to Toyoshu station which takes you all over Tokyo. Opposite is a great supermarket which is perfect for picking up supplies as you need them. The apartment is the owners home, as a result all their belongings are there. We had no problem with that as love living like a local albeit for a short period of time. We also had the pleasure of looking after Lucky the cat whom my kids adored (we asked if she could stay - I think normally they take her with them). I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough for families as it is a lovely quiet area but still close enough to make travelling throughout the city so easy.

Nelson, New ZealandAmazing find!
Left on 10/26/2011 for a stay in October 2011
We stayed here for a total of 6 nights with 3 adults and 2 teens.
Naoko, the owner, met us at the apartment on our arrival, despite it being quite late in the evening, she speaks perfect english and could not have been more helpful and sweet!
This apartment was stylish, comfortable, clean and very spacious (very rare for Japan indeed!) we were so glad we found it instead of booking into a hotel! it was an absolute oasis after some very long days shopping and sightseeing in Tokyo.
There is a department store and 24 hour supermarket right next door, very handy, and it's within easy walking distance to the nearest subway station.
It has everything you need, including a washing machine/dryer, free wifi and a great kitchen. the views are fantasic and it is a quite, pleasant neighbourhood that felt safe at all hours.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Tokyo! thank you Naoko for helping make our stay in the city so great! -

Calgary, CanadaExcellent location, Friendly Helpful Owners and Nice Digs!!
Left on 07/17/2011 for a stay in July 2011
The accomodations in Tokyo were very modern and spacious for a family of three(2 adults and 1 teenager), could easily accomodate additional people in the loft area. Location was excellent and allowed us to access the rail and subway systems easily for our daily outings in Tokyo.
The owners were very accomodating to our additional requests and helpful both prior to our arrival; during our check-in with addtional local tips and also offers of additional assistance if necessary.
Would recommend this location for families and/or groups of travellers. There is a 24 hr grocery/department store accross the street. -

Warren, NJWonderful location and apartment near Toyosu
Left on 04/20/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We visited Tokyo in mid april as a family with two young children. We were a bit apprehensive about the visit given the recent earthquake and situation in northern Japan. After the earthquake and up until we arrived, Naoko was in constant contact with us. She provided us with information about what was going on in Tokyo and told us her perspective on the situation. This was a huge help in allowing us to move forward with our plans to visit Japan. We are so glad we went because we had a wonderful time.
The apartment is wonderfully situated about 10 minutes from Toyosu subway station. This provided a great spot for us to start our travels around town each day. It is also directly across the street from a huge grocery and department store that is open 24 hours. As we were a family with two young boys, this was perfect so that we could get supplies to make breakfast each day and sometimes a supper at night. As my husband was attending a conference at the Big Sight Conference Center, he was close enough to walk to the location in about 30 minutes.
The apartment is very comfortable with a nice living room, spacious bedrooms and a very nice shower and bathroom. It was great to have a washer/dryer as well so that we could do our laundry. I would note that to access the loft area you must climb a very steep ladder so this area is only appropriate for those in good shape and not for very young children. The apartment is on the 14th floor so there were fantastic views into the city at night. We did experience some mild earthquakes while we were there, but Naoko prepared us ahead of time so we weren't too scared and were able to get through them OK. She also was very available via e-mail for any questions or concerns we had during our stay and gave us some nice advice for our visit.
If we get back to Tokyo sometime, we would definitely try to stay in one of her properties again!
