Perth, AustraliaLuxury family stay
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Helpful and friendly Brad made our booking easy and we called him on his freecall number from the airport grey phone to confirm our meeting time at the apartment. He stored our bags for us as we arrived before check-in and spent some time acquainting us with the city and sightseeing options. He then met us again when we checked in and showed us the apartment facilities.
And what an apartment! Awesome views, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Cute balcony but the icing (literally) on the cake is the roof top terrace. We chilled out there with some beers and the deck chairs at night - very nice!
The apartment is located a 10 min walk from the Tennozu Isle monorail station (one stop to Hamamatsucho on the Yamanote line), 15 minutes from a well stocked supermarket and 20 min walk to Shinagawa station (lots of restaurants, cafes and shinkansen station). Bus stop to Shinagawa right outside.
There we three of us travelling for the first time to Tokyo, including our 13 year old son. We used the kitchen and laundry, which we appreciated a lot. It really is a very comfortable place to stay with ample bed linen, kitchen utensils, cookbooks, condiments, cable tv, wifi and mac computer with free calls. I know, it sounds too good to be true. Brad is also a really great host who told us to call if we had any problems or questions about getting around. It was nice to have that in a new city. Highly recommended. -

DallasOttimo appartamento

Left on 01/09/2012 for a stay in January 2012

singaporeAn experience like you are actually living in Tokyo
Left on 12/21/2011 for a stay in December 2011
We had a great stay here for a family trip made up of 2 adults and 2 girls aged 13 and 8. The penthouse allowed us to make this holiday experience like we were actually living in Tokyo. Our trip for for nine days.
We had easy enough access to amenities as well as to move around Tokyo. Also it takes about 45 mins to get from the penthouse to Haneda airport via the Tokyo Monorail, very convenient.
Brad, the penthouse caretaker/manager was very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay and we highly recommended the penthouse. -

San Francisco Bay Area, California, USAUnbelievably fabulous!

This was one of the best travel experiences we've had. Before we even left for Japan, Brad gave us information that made our stay better. He suggested renting phones at the airport, sent us directions and links to the condos with pictures. It was exactly as described - fabulous! We were meeting our daughter, a college student completing her semester abroad at a local university so a double hotel would have required us to book 2 separate rooms. If you didn't know, a double in Japan means two twin beds! It was so nice to have the kitchen to make breakfast in and the living room to relax after a long day of walking in the humidity! The rooftop deck was a bonus. We went up there early in the morning (our internal clocks weren't reset yet) and took photographs of the sun rising over the bay and then enjoyed a quiet morning yoga session. There were instructions on taking the trains, things to do, etc. Brad even created videotapes of how to get to the trains, grocery store, and shopping and restaurants that were nearby. He met us there on arrival with a refreshing glass of tea and a complete explanation of how to operate everything in the apartment (most of which is labeled by him in English and is on the computer and on handouts in the condo in case you couldn't absorb it all). He even went the extra mile and called a cab for us when we had to leave with all of our daughter's luggage which would have been a challenge to lug to the train station. Brad made the stay enjoyable by thinking of everything and the condo was the best! I'll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Seattle, WA, USAIncredible Tokyo penthouse experience
Left on 09/05/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We stayed for 8 nights in the Tokyo Bay Penthouse North in august 2011 and it was exactly the unique Tokyo experience we were hoping to have. The apartment is situated close to the monorail for easy access to the central Yamanote line. It is a fun modern penthouse with everything that you need, and we all loved staying there including our two teenagers. Brad was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we hope one day to be able to return to Tokyo and stay in this penthouse again. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

Boca Raton, FloridaWonderful Stay !
Left on 09/05/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We just completed our stay here. We were well pleased and definitely
would stay again. The accommodations were very nice and very clean. The
views from the balcony and windows are quite nice. Even when Tokyo was
very hot, we had a nice relaxing breeze sitting out on the balcony. The
kitchen had everything we needed to cook a traditional american meal for
our Japanese friends-the very helpful owner brought over a masher so
that we could make mashed potatoes. The apartment is in a quiet,
residential-business-warehouse type district. Its very safe. You do have
to walk about 5 blocks to the first major intersection. There you will
find everything you need-shopping, market, restaurants, rail connections
etc. We (58 y.o. with injured knee) walked it easily in less than 5
minutes. If you don't want to walk there is a bus station closer-we
never used it. We enjoyed the walk. This apartment has all the modern
conveniences including wireless (and wired) internet. While we used our
own computers-the apartment computer was available for those who might
need it. We cannot think of anything we did not like about the
apartment. The elevator was of decent size (especially for Japan), clean
and worked very well. A key fob was required to use it and we liked that
additional security measure. The pictures are true to life. The soaking
bathtub was great at the end of a day of walking all over Tokyo. The
combination washer/dryer was also nice. We highly recommend this apartment
