This was my second visit to this virtually new Condo on Iquana Beach. The top floor view is not to be beat. The kitchen was superb for fixing our meals. This place is instant relaxation. We were just enough out of touch to really unwind, yet we had excellent internet connectivity. I didn't bring a Skype with me to see if the bandwidth was acceptable for phone calls back home. I was able to use my cell phone carrier's international service to get calls to the US easily in many parts of Iguana and always in Tola. This unit has everything we needed, Satellite TV, a great kitchen, a Top 10 Surf Beach, a great covered balcony facing the Pacific and the same view from the Master Suite. We bought our groceries for 3 people in Tola for about $50 for a week and got a full Beef tenderloin. We ate steaks and Kabobs the whole time. Beer was readily available, Wine a little less so. Went fishing with a guide for peanuts and caught Amberjack. We're headed back soon.

My girlfriend and I loved staying for one night at that gorgeous condo. It has a perfect location; just right on the water overlooking the pacific with breathtaking views. The coastline is truly amazing. The condo is well pointed - confortbable beds, living area, laundry room and full kitchen. There's a balcony perfect to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and after dinner drinks, watching unforgettables sun and moon rise and set.
This is a beautiful, beautiful place. We hope return back soon. Highly recommeded.
