Kingston cottage is one of Batemans Bay Pet Holidays 4 great pet friendly holiday homes. Located at Tomakin beach just 10 minutes south of Batemans Bay & just a couple of minutes level stroll to beautiful Tomakin beach --of leash pet friendly all day every day.

Tomakin is a lovely small village siuated just minutes from the towns of Batemans Bay & Moruya. Blessed with a 3 beautiful beaches & river Tomakin also has a great licensed sports & social club & terrific cafe/coffee shop. There are 3 excellent gold course within easy reach, beach, river & surf fishing, both safe swimming & surf beaches walking distance & famous Mogo Zoo & craft village just 5 minutes in the car.

We love these pet friendly properties. It takes the stress out when wanting a break from reality but still being able to take our furry friend along too. All the simple amenities are ready and available so all we really need to concern ourselves with is how often we allow our dog to go to the beach in our day.
Definitely accommodation we will return to again and again.

We took our dog to Kingston Cottage in December 2011, and we all had a fabulous time. the dog lost his mind on the dog friendly beach (to the point we think he may have been a bit depressed to come home) and the beach is lovely for the humans as well, and just a short stroll from the house.
While the house is not new, it is in great condition and very clean. The property is fully fenced. There was a great corner store which also sold hot food, just down the road and the local club was great as well.
We will definitely be back - Rob and Pauline were a pleasure to deal with. -

I have been coming to Kingston Cottage for over a decade and love the location to the beach, the accommodation and the proximity to all that part of the coast can offer.

Kingston Cottage is ideal for a quiet and peaceful getaway with your pet. Backyard is fully fenced, clean and very appealing for those wanting to get away from it all! Beach is a 5 min walk, 24/7 off leash area and lovely walks around Tomakin Beach. The cottage has everything you need during your break, and Rob is very helpful and accommodating to anything you may need. Best Pet Friendly place on the South Coast!

We have stayed here three times with our Standard Poodles. The cottage is well appointed and truly dog friendly unlike some others. The beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away and perfect for dogs and people. Enjoy a coffee at the cafe nearby. Cottage is clean with well fenced front and back yards, BBQ, laundry facilities and in a quiet location 15 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. We look forward to our visit every year.

The houyse was great except that we foubd the bed in the main bedroom rather hard. Otherwise, the house and facilities were great. Particularly enjoyed sitting out on the back verandah. The closeness of the Club was most convenient when it came to eating out. Also that very nice little beach where we could take our four-legged baby for a run and to make new friends. Garry particularly liked the convenience of fishing and taking Torro for a walk. All in all it was a marvellous break for us and we really appreciated those thoughtful little extras we found. One suggestion: a grab bar on the spa would be most helpful to aged or disabled people.

I am sorry you found the bed a wee bit hard, we try to have all our beds what we would call "middle of the road" regards firmness. Beds are such a personal thing that unfortunately it is nigh on impossible to have beds perfect for everyone but good for everyone is what we hope for.

Kingston Cottage is a well equipped cottage for both Humans & pets, The cottage has all of the comforts of home & the hosts little things you don't normally think about for holidays are taken care of & ensure you & your pets are welcome.
Fishing is good!
Tomakin is a pets paradise. 24hr off leash beach. The beach goes down to a river inlet & you can walk the full length of the beach & back around the river to where you started on the beach. There is a great cafe, great coffee & scones to die for. The sports club has great meals & raffles.
Recommened.

The house and gardens are immaculate with the fences surrounding the entire property plenty secure enough for you to bring along your furry friends and not have to worry about them escaping. It is great to be able to just rock up to the cottage only bringing your food and clothes - as everything else is done for you: the beds are made up, towels are supplied and kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you could need. We liked the close proximity to the three dog friendly beaches and also to the Tomakin General around the corner each morning for a fresh organic coffee.
It was a nice touch for Rob to pop by the cottage during our stay to introduce himself and to make some personal recommendations about good things to do or see in the surrounding areas to Tomakin.

The house is like staying with a family member when they're away. The house is clean and homely with everything you need to feel at ease. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute stroll to a 24 hour dog beach which is always clean and often people free making it feel like a holiday escape without the tourist crowds. Rob the owner is great, checking-in is easy and he always pops by to say hi during your visit. He's like an old family friend.
